Had to go back to the front desk, she went up with us to make sure it was an ok room. Took our keys and papers, on had the front desk wifi code on it as wifi wasn’t working in the rooms. Next day was woken to a fire alarm before 7 am. It was a false alarm and it rang for over 30 minutes. Someone said they didn’t know where the panel was to shut it off. We went to our wedding, came back to our rooms and our room keys didn’t work, so back to the front desk. Personal were helpful and pleasant, but a very frustrating stay.

Convenient check in/out with the app. Good location off the highway near food, gas shopping. I did not like the sliding door for closet/bathroom with no ability to lock it. It's right near the room door which is not great for privacy. Only does room service every other day which is fine in ny opinion.
