- LHLamima HaqueDec 31, 20255.0I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Best Western. This isn't my first stay in Best Western but certainly it was my first stay here. They have pool tables and different games for kids which me & my husband enjoyed at the middle of the night. We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool at evening. Their Breakfast Buffet was also great with so many options. Only thing I was surprised that they never pick up their call. I have tried multiple time in both Front Desk & in the cleaning department but they never answer their call. & also they're in the middle of construction which made a little harder to park our car at front. They still take 250$ damage charge which is kinda disappointing as a lot of hotels doesn't do that anymore.

- JRJenn RossDec 24, 20255.0My Apartment had flooded on the 13th of december i was put up in the hotel untill Monday the 22nd of december and i have nothing but great things to say the staff was extreamly wonderful always friendly they made sure i had everything i needed when i asked for it always had a lovely chat with who ever was working the front desk the room was lovely loved the saftey bar in the bathroom shower loved the hot water that was provided the complimentary breakfast was wonderful always different things to choose and was always hot the location was perfect as i use busses to get around the city always a bus stop handy on both sides of the street in general lovely warm welcoming atmosphere will be coming back if i ever need to the only thing i wish they had was a discount for a longer stay
- NRNuala RobinsonDec 23, 20255.0It was available on short notice. The staff we encountered during our stay were very nice. The room was clean and the shower had lots of hot water. It is an older building that is showing its age though. The heating unit in our room would not lower the heat temperature. We tried to move it from 73 down to 68, but ended up sweltering. I got up in the middle of the night, managed to wrestle the exterior door open, and let cold air in. The we just turned off the heat unit. Breakfast buffet was included. It was hot and cold. There was not a huge variety, but there was enough choice. We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the hospital where I had a very ill relative.
