- ANAnita NewtonNov 8, 20251.0We checked in for a women's hockey tournament hosted in Smith Falls and all seemed to be smooth, rooms were nice and clean, we sadly were wrong when it came to the service. Now for the service or lack of we received from the front desk staff (Ruth) was anything but horrendous. She was incredibly rude at every interaction and extremely cold. I will certainly not be returning and I will be telling all to avoid. We asked for a late check out for a couple rooms to try and accommodate the hockey schedule and she bluntly said “No I think we are fully booked without checking” I’m going to call bull as it’s a Sunday!
