- JLJulia LaneNov 14, 20254.0The service was great, one of the housekeeping staff even dropped what she was doing to come help us when she saw us overloaded with things (I'm sorry I don't remember her name!) The rooms were comfortable though the bathroom was very small. The building itself is bizarrely shaped and hard to navigate with having to go outside and go in a different part to get to some rooms and the hallways are very narrow. The pool and hot tub were fine but again, quite small. Overall, no deal breakers, would stay again.

So how is it possible that you can only stay at this hotel with a credit card?! In other hotels around Canda we used a cash deposit (as that was the best option for us). I expect this from every hotel especially a high rated one such as this.

Room was a little dated, but it was very clean, a great size for the two of us, with a balcony and a view of the river (which we weren't expecting, so it was a nice bonus!). The buffet breakfast (which is included) had a great selection of hot and cold breakfast items (we both really enjoyed the French toast!). Would definitely come back and stay again.
