    My husband and I got caught in a terrible snow storm and had to turn around to get to a hotel. We reserved over the phone, got a quick response and a great room. Rebekah at the front desk was calm and kind. It was an unusually busy Sunday night during the storm with many people looking for rooms. She was very friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing, clean and a great size. Thank you to the Perth Parkside Hotel and Spa for providing a place for us to stay on a stressful night. We hope to return to spend more time and check out the spa- maybe on a more relaxed vacation:)

    Everything the staff from the front concierge( ie. Beth !) the breakfast buffet staff (which i didn't catch her name but a great host) , and the staff at the spa , Barb Hands and Alexis Abercrombie!! Myself and my partner have already told multiple people in our friend group about our experience ! FIVE STAR!! See you very soon again!!! Ps. I am a real person that does not do this very often but it was a great time! Thank you again!

    Air conditioning units in room are extremely loud and frankly useless. After waiting over 5 minutes for someone to show up at front desk, I asked for a room with a functioning AC. Front desk clerk informed me that they had no way of knowing which rooms have newer or functioning units. Sadly, this hotel is pretty much the only game in town
