Lovely place. Room was big and comfortable. The heated bathroom floor was a nice touch. Great place to stay when visiting Perth. Only downside was the jets for the hot tub were not functioning during my visit and the complimentary breakfast was subpar- sausages tasted off. There was also no maple syrup, and unfortunately my spouse confused the malt vinegar for maple syrup as there were no labels. An unfortunate surprise. Bakery options for breakfast tasted great.

When I booked I asked about the facilities being in working order specifically. I was not pleased to be told that the hot tub was not fully functional. It was at least a week before our stay. I asked at that time if it would be working and was assured it would be. It was not. And I was not informed of this when I checked in either. I think it is important that the hotel is upfront when they are booking that their facility is not fully operational and in my opinion there should be a small discount to the room because of this - since their whole brand is it being a spa experience- if they are not going to deliver it - they should be up front at time of booking and it should not be me asking to get this information- they should be proactively telling you. It’s false advertising to do otherwise.
Additionally they are advertising spa packages at the on-site spa and when I went to book at that spa for massage and other treatments for the package I had purchased there was nothing available. I should not be booking dates advertised for a spa package for which I cannot actually use the facilities. That is ridiculous.
They need to organize this better so people actually get the package they are paying for. I had to cancel the package as a result but because I had already planned activities in the area I kept the hotel booking but I was not happy about it.
I ended up booking spa treatments at a nearby spa called Amethyst Spa a block away and that was excellent!
I was really not impressed with the way the hotel and the on-site spa are coordinating if they are advertizing a package that they cannot actually fulfill.
I would also recommend that rooms with tile floors have a broom included in the suite, and a larger mat at the door for collecting melting snow and grit. At this time of the year it is significant and the floor soon became quite dirty. We had to use towels to keep it clean, but if there was a broom and dust pan available we could have maintained this ourselves.

The room, the bed, the service, the cleanliness, the small spa, everything was beyond our expectations. We did hear some vibration (perhaps coming from ventilation?) but it was nothing that stopped us from sleeping very well.

Don't come here looking for a spa. There is no price list or any way to book any treatments. I finally found a phone number, called and got a voice recording. No one returned my call so...no spa treatment. There is no information about anything in the rooms. No menu, no hours of operation, nothing. You have to go to the elevator bulletin board or the front desk and wait to speak with someone. The diningroom was beautiful and the food was very good but they had one girl working the whole room including seating guests. Overall, I was disappointed as I was hoping for some spa treatments. They need to promote themselves a little better.

I do not recommend this hotel for the following reasons:
• Front desk staff when checking in was unpleasant
• Bed was very uncomfortable- way to soft
• Microwave blow up on us
• Complimentary breakfast was far from being healthy especially for a spa hotel. No gluten or diary free options.
• Don’t stay on main floor (room 101) as it’s very noisy since it’s the main area between the kitchen and dining room so lots of traffic and noise.
