- ERE Rose3 days ago5.0Truly a gem among the BW properties. Amazing location, nice rooms that are a bit more interesting than the typical chain hotel room and lovely grounds. Only large hotel in Perth I'd consider staying in- although there are a couple lovely boutique hotels and B&B's. I'd recommend skipping the on site restaurant and going just next door to Rocky River cafe or any of the other amazing restaurants in Perth. Not because it's bad but because you're so close to places that are truly fantastic. The spa is nice and you won't find anything comparable in town really, but it's not a destination itself. Splurge on a park view room if you're there for a getaway, otherwise all rooms are really nice. The white house next door is part of the same property and is lovely but sound travels in the halls there I find.

We were sitting at our tables yet the people that came after us who were all Caucasian got served before us. It was so bad that at one point my friend’s dad had to go upto the server to ask if he can serve me. The older lady who has dirty blonde hair did not have very good service at all. As a south asian woman, I am really disappointed!

What a delight to experience this wonderful boutique hotel in the lovely quaint town of Perth Had a delicous meal in the beautiful dining room. The room is so welcoming with its fireplace and floor to ceiling windows . The room was tastefully decorated with xmas decorations and candelabras placed tastefully around the room.Snowflakes falling gently outside made the evening magical for my husband and I and our friends . The rooms are comfortable with everything needed for a good nights sleep. A breakfast comes with the hotel stay . The hotel also has an indoor pool and Spa . I would highly recommend this hotel and I look forward to going back there to stay in the near future .😊
- CMCampbell McDermidDec 25, 20253.0EV drivers, don't count on being able to charge. I called to check the chargers were working, and they said yes and were rarely used. I stayed 2 nights here specifically because of that...but not able to charge either night or during the days. There was a Tesla that constantly plugged into one charger-even when their battery was full. Other guests beat me to the remaining charger. At one point there was a waiting list. Staff were not able to come up with a solution. Really spoiled the stay for me. Management needs to rethink their "first come first serve" policy, especially when some drivers monopolize the chargers. Perhaps charge a fee for parking without charging to dissuade this. There are several other solutions. Do something please.
