We used to always get a cold breakfast to go bag when we leave in the morning (before breakfast hours) as a courtesy and we used to love it however it seems its time to switch to Best Western across the street as they are more caring of their clientele. The rooms are still great and well kept here, nicely renovated hotel with great amenities - just to let management know sometimes the small things matter the most. Thank you and hope this feedback helps improve overall greatness of Holiday Inn in Pembroke.
