This was a booking for work through a large organization, so clear communication was critical. Instead, I spent days waiting for someone to call me back, made numerous follow-up calls, and only reached a manager after several days. When I finally spoke to the manager, she kept repeating “it’s policy,” while I reminded her repeatedly that I never requested my rooms be canceled. Thankfully, I didn’t show up that day because they had canceled my reservation without notifying me. The manager promised to call me back in two days. It has now been two weeks, and I have heard nothing. They have not picked up my calls, and today the charges are on my card—yet I have no receipt explaining what these charges are for. This entire experience shows a complete lack of communication, accountability, and respect for customers. I will not be booking here again and strongly caution others—especially organizations—to confirm everything in writing before trusting this staff and this hotel.

Die Reiseroute hat sich geändert und ich habe schon im Juli die Übernachtung kostenfrei storniert und auch die Bestätigung erhalten. Trotzdem hat das Hotel den Übernachtungsbetrag im Oktober von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht. Auf meine Emails antwortet das Hotel nicht. Das ist Betrug. Vorsicht beim Buchen des Hotels!
