The manager Jasen and his staff were very very friendly and professional. The young lady at the front desk by the name of Manu was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Made our stay with them very enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back.

The one constant that truly makes a difference every single visit is James. James is the first face you see when you arrive, and he sets the tone for the entire experience. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for guests are on a level you rarely see anymore. He doesn’t just do his job — he owns it with pride and heart. On my most recent stay, the hotel was extremely busy. James had likely just stepped away for a well-deserved break, but the moment he returned — even with food in hand — he immediately put it aside to help guests. That kind of dedication speaks volumes about his character and work ethic. No matter how busy things are, James never makes guests feel like a task — he makes you feel valued and welcome. He is truly superb at what he does and goes above and beyond more than most people in hospitality today. Inn on the Bay is lucky to have him. Employees like James are rare and worth recognizing

The staff were AMAZING - really they made our stay so great! James at the front desk was awesome - he gave us some great restaurant suggestions and was really gracious with the large group of us. Amanda and her morning staff were so helpful with my questions and billing requests and all of the folks I spoke to on the phone to help me organize our group stay were very patient and helpful! The location was great - we were there when it was freezing cold but I bet in warmer weather the walk along the water would be really pleasant.
