  Terrible experience. Party in the room above us at night. Kids soccer game in the hallway the next morning. I understand you can’t always control these things but nonetheless makes for a terrible night sleep. But you can control things such as a working bathroom fan and a shower curtain holder that is falling down.. definitely not the level of hotel that I’m used to with Holiday Inn.

  I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my stay on Saturday, April 11th. I checked in at 5:00 PM with my two children (ages 3 and 7), and the experience was highly inconvenient from the start. Upon arrival, I discovered that the bathtub in our room was severely clogged. I immediately notified the front desk and requested maintenance. I also specifically requested that the bathroom be cleaned once the technician finished, as I did not want to spend my limited vacation time waiting in the room. Unfortunately, when we returned, the bathroom had not been cleaned. To make matters worse, when we tried to use the shower the following morning, the drain was still completely clogged; nothing had been fixed. When I explained the situation to the reception staff, the only solution offered was access to a separate room on the 4th floor just to shower. As we were staying on the 7th floor, it was incredibly frustrating to move two young children and all of our toiletries between floors after using the pool, only to return to our original room afterward. Being told to "just use this room" because our checkout was at 12:00 PM was dismissive of the effort required to move two small children between floors.It should be a vacation to relax for a day but it was stressful

  My stay was unfortunately very disappointing from start to finish. The hotel staff came across as rude and unhelpful, which set a negative tone right away. Instead of feeling welcomed, it often felt like basic requests were an inconvenience. The property itself was extremely overcrowded. There were groups of high school students running through the hallways even late at night, well past 10 PM, and the hotel made no visible effort to manage the situation or ensure a quiet environment for guests. Practical issues added to the frustration. The elevators took an unusually long time to arrive, making even simple movements around the hotel inconvenient. In the room, the bathtub drainage was not functioning properly, which made using it unpleasant. Parking was also consistently full, forcing me to find parking elsewhere, which added unnecessary hassle. Overall, it was an abysmal stay, and not one I would consider repeating.

  First time staying here on a business trip. Fast check in, with parking onsite and close by. Room was cleaned every day well. Nice open lobby area with lots of seating. I rated 4 out of 5 stars for the following reasons…room was clean although the ceiling in the bathroom had paint peeling in a couple areas and the carpet in the outside hallway had duct tape holding sections together. Peep hole in the door did not have a cover as most do now and an old style latch. I generally stay at Holiday Inns during my trips and it felt quite dated in this regard due to the above mentioned. Staff were friendly at the front desk and the location was close to many amenities. A very large hotel with many floors but elevators were quick. There was a restaurant on site that I did not use. Many of the Holiday Inns I frequent offer a breakfast which this one did not. Overall room was okay and very quiet. Not sure I would stay at this location again based on the above comments.
