- TTTuBearsApr 25, 20262.0Staff checked me in knowing i have a licensed service dog, i showed them government ID proving shes a service dog, 3 hours later they wanted me to sign a document agreeing to pay hundreds of dollars extra for my service dog. They seriously need to learn a service dog is not a pet its a medical device, they wouldnt charge me extra for a wheel chair or a cane.

- HPHardik PatelApr 12, 20265.0Excellent customer service, Amita must deserve a raise. To hotel management, you need more people like Amita, she is the OG character here. I messaged her about there is no microwave in the room( even though it does says on my booking of an standard room), within next 5 minutes she was at the door with a microwave- no questions asked. Pure customer service and satisfaction. Also there was an issue with the booking, she took care of it even before i reached hotel. Management does needs to improve some things but on the ground she is doing excellent job. Once again thanks Amita!
