Shauna did everything she could for us that night, all while being very kind. The next day Ali took the time to ensure I was happy, and we came to a satisfactory resolution. Thank you both again for your kindness. Shoutout to the breakfast staff too - they're on point and very helpful!

Marie and Nicole, in particular, were incredibly kind and professional and made us feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel for everything, and especially for the wonderful people who work there. Marie and Nicole were super fantastic with our kids who are going to miss them.

Room was clean and spacious but the highlight was the free breakfast. the food was hot and the bacon was even thick! a nice surprise for a hotel breakfast. service was wonderful, and nicole in the breakfast room was very attentive and helpful! great stay.

The breakfast was comprehensive. The location was perfect for us—close to a mall and restaurants with easy parking. The conference room met all our needs with fresh coffee, a big screen TV, and a fridge stocked with water. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating to our hockey team. Special shoutout to Alzira at breakfast—she was so warm and welcoming each morning and truly made our stay even better. Would definitely stay here again!
