Great family friendly hotel right downtown with a good pool and complimentary breakfast buffet. Staff were great. There's a restaurant in the hotel, 24hr shop and grocery store across the street. The complimentary breakfast was great, you might have to wait for a table on weekends if you go after 9am. You have to switch elevators for parking and theres a wait for elevators on weekend as well.

If I could give zero I would. The bed is zero confortable. When you wake up you have back pain. Secondly, the pillows are unbelievable. I called the receptionist to change the pillows because I think my neck would of been broken in the morning. But pillows changed not better. So if you want to go at that hotel, bring your pillows, the bed blanket is not part of the bed. There is one sheet but yeah, very thinnn. Very thin sheet. sleeping in a sleeping bag would of been better with camping stuff. I changed twice room. One time the toilet was not functioning properly and second time, ventilation was horrible. Yep if you like cozy hotel, I don't recommend. Needs renovation for sureeeee 100%. I think sleeping in the woods with good camping stuff is more comfortable than that hotel... you also hear the people beside your room, the toilet being flushed and the chairs being pulled.

Nice rooms with great amenities. Full fridge, microwave, stove etc were convenient. Breakfast had decent selection and was a nice touch being free. The only thing would be no option to rent a movie. There is only cable TV available so bring something to connect for Netflix etc. We would definitely return.

The room was great and spacious. We had issues with loud neighbours but the hotel took the situation in hand rapidly. The hotel is well located in the city.
