We love our stay, and definitely will choose this hotel over and over again. Beds were super comfortable, rooms small but very clean, food is good. Swimming pool was warm and also clean.

I truly appreciated the complimentary bottle of water and chocolates, as well as the complimentary breakfast at Myra’s. The breakfast was excellent—fresh, delightful, and very satisfying. I was especially impressed with the service from the front desk. Mel gave me a very warm and welcoming greeting, which made my stay even more pleasant. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. This is definitely one of the best places to stay in Ottawa East, and I would happily recommend it to others.

Bugs , they told me they can change me room but because they didn’t see any blood of the bed bugs on the bed they couldn’t wash my clothes for me. And I just woke up from a nap and I’ve more bites on me from the other room , on my back , chest hands it’s so uncomfortable
