The hotel provided a crib for our baby with a mattress that seemed like-new and 2 different types of mattress protectors. We had an issue with my credit card and Kamal was working at the front desk. She reduced the rate of our room to accomodate a different payment method and made our stay worry free. Well done, IHG! and Well come Kamal!

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was good, with standard American options like scrambled eggs, pancakes, toast, and beans. The hotel is a bit outdated. The HVAC unit in my room did not work properly and would randomly turn on loudly even when turned off, and there was no heat. Patricia at reception was very kind and provided a portable heater. There was also a very bright pole light outside the room, which made it difficult to sleep with the blinds partially open. The pool was closed for renovations and expected to reopen in late January 2026, which I wish had been clearly advertised in advance. Overall, acceptable for a short stay if you manage expectations
