Alzira greeted us with a smile and a "good morning" all the while cleaning and bringing out fresh food for the buffet. A few people were late for breakfast after all the food was put away and Alzira asked what she could bring from the back for them. A real sweetheart!

Alzira was very nice and helpful, thank you so much. Renovations are very nice. Nonslip coating in tub is truly nonslip but not abrasive. Super clean eating area thanks to a friendly Alzira Sephora. Very nice and friendly person.

The breakfast that is included with your stay is very delicious and the cleanup and replenishing of food is exceptional. Alzira and her team was super friendly and helpful to all the guests. A special thank you to Alzira and Mary—they truly went above and beyond and made both me and my dog feel so welcome and comfortable. The front desk team is amazing, and I really appreciated the professionalism and care from management and maintenance as well. Everything was well taken care of, which made my stay completely stress-free. I love to travel, and from now on, this will always be my hotel of choice wherever I go.
