- SSsimi sharma4 days ago5.0we had a great time here! only bad thing was we got a king sized bed and only two queen beds were available. the rooms are really big and spacious and clean! there were two tvs in our room which is spectacular but only one had youtube and the other just cabel. and the best part had to be the breakfast. me and hubby been to many hotels in the city and hands down the best breakfast thus far. i appreciate including turkey sausage since we dont eat pork and the cinnamon roll had me memorized. i would come back just to enjoy your free breakfast! highly recommend!
- EMEmily Ann MacDonaldNov 15, 20255.0We’ve stayed at the holiday inn a few weeks ago with one of our kids for a full week and the staff was so friendly and accommodating that we stayed again for several days when we were coming back through Ottawa. At breakfast Alzira and Marie-Sephora are all smiles, friendly and take the time to wish every customer a good morning and a good day and making sure that their breakfast is to their liking as well as their stay. During our first stay while we were eating breakfast they even purposely put on cartoons in order for my son to be able to watch some TV while eating his cereal rather than the news! The common area is kept clean, and has all the necessities for when customers ordering food, such as plastic plate, plates and cutlery, as well as ketchup, salt, and pepper. Coffee and water is always available. Keep up the good service and smiles :) The pool is a little chilly.. which would be the only “negative” aspect of the hotel, but kids don’t care and still enjoy it!

What really stood out, though, was the staff, everyone was constantly working hard, taking care of guests, cleaning, and making sure things ran smoothly. A special shoutout to Alzira, Marie and Sephora from the breakfast area, they were so attentive, friendly, and kind every morning. You could really tell they cared about giving guests a great start to the day. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with exceptional service. Perfect for hockey tournaments!

One of the things that made it so memorable was the staff who were so accommodating and polite but I really want to give a special mention to Alzira, who went above and beyond the call of duty to make us feel so welcomed. She is a class act and a beautiful lady. Thank you so much Alzira for making us feel so appreciated.
