  Had a really bad experience during our stay. During our stay a hockey was staying on the same floor. The kids created nuisance all over the floor. Shouting and banging doors late night and early morning. The staff was unresponsive and did not resolve the issue even after repeated complaints. I even reached out to customer support, they also did not take any action during our stay. I could not sleep all night and had no a really terrible stay experience. Would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

  No option to login to your Netflix account. Just stuck with cable. And u can’t even flip through the guide, just wait and make sure your paying attention when the guide goes through all the channel (which is the most ancient thing I’ve seen in a hotel in a long, long time) and this is really only disappointing because every other holiday inn I’ve been to, has that option, so that’s a main reason I book it. And bathrooms could be cleaner. The sink is an easy thing to clean that has been ignored for a while it seems. Which makes me think what else.

  Just tried to contact customer service to confirm a booking I wasn’t sure I’d made. I literally could not get their ridiculous AI “employees” to look it up. The last AI agent hung up on me because it couldn’t understand that I simply wanted to confirm I’d booked. Ridiculous. Execs at Holiday Inn— do better.

  今回、IHGのページから直接予約しました。 キングサイズベッド1つのお部屋で１階でした。兎に角部屋が広く物凄く快適♪ベッドは勿論、ソファーも快適でした。朝食も普通に美味しかったです。 空港からホテルのシャトルバスですが、ホームページだと最終23時と記載が有ります。私は到着の飛行機が遅れて間に合わずタクシーを利用しましたら20ドルで着きました。 ホテルから空港へのシャトルバスは事前に受付にお願いするかたちになります。 スタッフも感じが良くいいホテルでした。 唯一気を付けるのは、空港からのシャトルバスについてはタイムテーブルが全く分かりません。1時間以上待っても来ないので最後はタクシーを使いました。

  I had a very good stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ottawa Airport overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Rooms were nice and the stay felt smooth and convenient, especially being close to the airport. One staff member (an Indian lady at the front desk) was not very polite and came across as rude, which wasn’t a great first impression. However, another staff member named Harsheet was absolutely excellent — very helpful, professional, and friendly. He really made the experience better and stood out with his service. Because of the comfort of the hotel and the good service from Harsheet, I would still recommend this place, but I hope customer service consistency improves.
