HOLYDAY INN PLUS JAMAIS, surtout celui d'Ottawa airport. Aller au Hampton Inn dans le même parking. Service impeccable et respect des clients.

Back parking lot was the only option for us as we had a truck that needed plugged in. Disappointed that the back doors (2) had no access to the back parking lot. Doors locked and not shovelled. Side doors were shovelled somewhat and access too. Would come again.

We had frozen meat and he never hesitated to take it and put it in the freezer onsite for us. The breakfast was great, staff at breakfast were super friendly and helpful. The pancake machine was out of batter, within 5 minutes of me mentioning it, it was refilled. The convenience of having laundry facilities for guests is an added bonus. We asked for a 2 hour delay checking out.....with no hesitation we were accommodated. I can't say enough about the staff at this Holiday inn express!

On a une piscine et une petite salle de sport à notre disposition pour ceux qui veulent se détendre ou suer un peu. Ma chambre était très spacieuse avec deux lits doubles, une grande salle de bain et tout l'équipement qu'on s'attend à trouver dans un hôtel. Le personnel à l'accueil était très servial et professionnel.
