  I am beyond frustrated with my experience at this Hilton. While the stay itself was fine, the post-stay service has been a disaster. • The Issue: At checkout, the hotel printer was broken, so I could not get a hard copy of my receipt. • The Runaround: I returned in person that evening—still no receipt (Printer Status the same). I was promised the Soft copy the very next day - None received. I followed up with Guest Services twice over the next two days—nothing. I then sent a formal email to the reservations team—no response. • The Result: I have now been forced to ask a colleague in Ottawa to physically go to the front desk to retrieve my receipt because the staff incompetency to email a digital copy. As a frequent traveler who always requests a soft copy for backup, I have never encountered this level of incompetence regarding a simple folio that too from an organization so reputed. It shouldn't take a "desperate" email and a third-party intervention to get a proof of payment. Extremely disappointed in the lack of professional follow-through.

  Accidentally booked this hotel and called within minutes to cancel and get a refund. Explained it was a mistake multiple times and never intended to stay there and had meant to book another hotel yet without any empathy or willingness to make an exception for an obvious mistake they still refused to give me a refund. This is not how you treat customers, especially when it’s a genuine error caught right away. I strongly advise others to double-check everything before hitting confirm—because if something goes wrong, don’t expect any help or basic human understanding from their team. Avoid this hotel at all cost if you value fair treatment and reasonable flexibility.

  The entire team here is absolutely fantastic! My Mom, brother and I have been coming here for years now. Thank you to all the team, the desk staff, the staff at the Tulip restaurant, the housekeeping team, the managers, and everyone who has made our experiences fantastic. 10/10

  Nice rooms and helpful front desk staff. My mother in law spent a few nights here and needed an accessibility friendly room! She has mobility problems and it was great to have a larger room for her. The only drawback is the accessibility room was on a high-level floor and she was quite far from the elevators and stairs. Some other hotels in the area have their accessibility rooms on the main floor incase of emergency you don't have to go far.

  We stayed here this past weekend for a hockey tournament and we had a fantastic stay. The hotel is modern and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms were large and spotless, And the service was fantastic. Parking can be challenging with a larger vehicle because the closest lot is two blocks away however we made it work. There was a minor issue with the pool maintenance, a loose cover on the skimmer that one of the kids bruise their leg on because they fell into it but other than that minor detail our state was great. Other than a great weekend, staying at this hotel, there is lots to do and see in Ottawa, and I highly recommend catching senators game.
