- EMelaina mcgahey1 day ago4.0i just had to say thank you!! absolutely amazing kind staff, so amazing with my service animal which i appreciated so much. i honestly had a lovely night, my only complaint would be that i felt as if the rooms weren’t very clean ( we found leftover guests item in our bathroom ) and the rooms smelled a bit musty- besides that it was a great experience and i can’t thank the staff enough of being so understanding and helpful with my service animal thank you!

And it happened again while going back to the airport and very bad experience with front desk.don't relay on them for the shuttle and a good welcoming ,it is not even a service they provide.

Hotel is bussiness oriented with large renovated rooms (at least at the 6th floor), sound proof and cozy enough to be somehow sorry when waking up in the morning to go to work. However, end october and the heating was not working. Since it was not possible to sleep at 15deg, the hotel provided. we got two small heaters that made the job to increase the temp with several degrees. We greatly appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.

I stayed here for 1 night on my way to my destination and 2 nights on my way back. The first time I stayed I had a huge crack on the shower head which sprayed all over the bathroom as soon as I turned the water on (photo attached).The second time, the water in the bathroom was freezing, which took them over 5 hours to fix. Both times, I was on the first floor, where they also hold parties, personal events, etc which was so loud I had to keep my headphones on. The dinner menu at the bar and grill is also very vague. I would suggest ordering takeout, but the location is too far for most Uber Eats, skip, or door dash deliveries.
