We stayed in 436 and it was a huge room with 2 queen beds, plus a couch. Extra linens and pillows were easily accessible in the cabinet. No drawers to put clothes. The room was clean and the bathroom was fine except there was no lotion in the dispenser and the shower pressure was nonexistent. The TV was old school, the guide button did not work. The pool area was fine (there is an accessible lift), when we arrived there were no towels, we informed the front desk and some were promptly brought. We did not receive the meal tickets we brought at check in and then a very aggressive young woman who needs desperately to work on her people skills gave me a hard time about paying for breakfast. Luckily Francois at the front desk provided me with the meal tickets I had already purchased and getting a simple breakfast into my kids was possible. There was no shuttle to the airport but again Francois gave us a taxi chit and getting to the airport was smooth. Overall it was fine, location is close to the airport.

I booked a room with two queen beds specifically for my husband, our 1-year-old baby, and myself, as we needed space for a crib and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Check-in was at 3 PM, and we arrived around 3:30 PM, only to be told that no cleaned or available rooms with two queens were ready. Instead, we were given a king deluxe room as a "upgrade," but it felt like a downgrade in every way.
The room lacked a bathtub (only a shower with extremely low water pressure), which made bathing our baby difficult. The bed sheets had a strong bleach smell that was overpowering and made them feel itchy and uncomfortable – not ideal when traveling with a sensitive toddler. Surprisingly, for a hotel with a pool, there were no slippers or bathrobes provided, which seems like a basic amenity missing.
We took our 1-year-old swimming the next morning, excited for some family fun, but were grossed out to find a large clump of hair floating in the pool. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance.
Other issues compounded the poor experience: The window wasn't properly insulated, letting cold air seep in constantly, and we could clearly hear planes landing nearby (assuming proximity to an airport). The hallways were noisy throughout our stay, making it hard to get rest, especially with a baby.
To top it off, breakfast was not included with our room rate, which was an unexpected extra cost.
Overall, this stay was far below expectations for a family trip. Multiple cleanliness and comfort issues made it stressful rather than relaxing. I hope management addresses these problems, but I cannot recommend this hotel, especially for families with young children.

Stayed here on Christmas asked for Late check out early in the morning just to be disturbed several times because the front staff do not bother relaying the message to the housekeeper or each other. 2 door knocks and one phone call disrupting our ability to sleep in. As avid hotel goers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Night staff are incredible

On Dec 25th, we called at 10am for a late checkout for 2pm. They told us $30. Fine but housekeepers woke us 2 times and lobby called too. So literally we could never go back to sleep on CHRISTMAS when hotels are empty. No discussion possible. +$30 period !!! Next time we will go to Sandman Hotel
Rooms are huge but they just don't have furnitures, so you can play badminton.
