I like a bath after a long day driving and this tub was great. It was non slip and had safety handles. And the plug worked which I do not often find. Bathroom was very large and had a good hairdryer. There even was a night light which I truly appreciated and never usually find in a hotel. Staff were all very pleasant. Room was very clean. Breakfast that was included was very good. Had all the main necessities for a nutritious breakfast. We come to Ottawa frequently so I will be back.

Housekeeping came every day. The free buffet breakfast was good. The only hiccup I have with my stay was that with Hilton hotels, I like to have the keyless entry with the app and the app check-in; but it wasn't possible even though I checked in with the app. I had to go back to reception.
