  Just checked out this morning and I am absolutely blown away! Got the king room with pull out couch, and requested a cot (which they had delivered quickly, without issue), and still had room to run across the room! Room was very clean, and impressive overall. Pool was also clean and great! They even supplied the towels on pool deck. Breakfast was excellent. There were many options, from cereal, toast, bagels, eggs, sausage (pork and turkey), and waffle station! Couple high chairs for baby in the breakfast area as well. Honestly couldnt ask for a better stay!

  This is my first time staying at the Hampton Inn. Everybody was so kind. The place was so clean. And shout out to the two ladies that were working for the breakfast on Friday and Saturday morning. I don't know if it's a same two all the time, but they were great, helpful, friendly. We even thanked them on the way out on Saturday for their kindness so make sure they get a good shout out

  Great hotel and exceptional service. I stayed for one night while attending an interview, and the staff truly made my visit a wonderful experience. A special thank you to Mahir at the front desk, his customer service was outstanding, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth. I will definitely stay here again whenever I’m back in Ottawa.

  Nice and clean room, even has a microwave in it which is a plus! The staff are so kind and go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. We had a drink spill in a food delivery from a restaurant through UberEats, and the front desk staff helped us clean it up and even replaced the drink for us! They also have breakfast options if you are celiac. I was able to have gluten free toast and oatmeal that is safe from cross contact with other foods! Would stay here again.

  Extremely overcrowded and poorly managed property. Staff scheduling for room turnovers is clearly not coordinated—housekeeping carts and staff were constantly using the elevators at the exact same time guests were trying to get breakfast or check out. It made a stressful morning even worse. For the price, the breakfast offerings are very limited and disappointing. Parking is misleadingly advertised. Although the property claims to have on-site parking, guests are actually required to park at a different property and walk over. This is something we absolutely should have been informed about before booking. To top it off, the hotel places a $100 hold on your card without clear justification, and guests are told it can take 5–7 business days to be returned. Completely unacceptable and poorly communicated. Overall, this property does not meet expectations for the price or the way it markets itself. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.
