Rooms are huge and in excellent condition with an upgraded TV entertainment system. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Free parking and breakfast for a great value. Convenient location close to downtown and highway. Thank you for a great stay. Will be back for sure.

Highly recommended based on staff alone. The hotel is great with a heated pool on the 4th Floor and the Gym is top tier!

Not having to interact with any staff or go to the main floor.... so I hope they will get vending machines.

The staff were excellent — professional, yet friendly and very helpful in assisting with everything I needed for the next day. The hotel is quiet, clean, and has nice, spacious rooms. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and attentive. I was up early (professional habit!) and had the chance to speak with the night staff — fresh coffee was available at 4 AM, and a warm breakfast started at 6 AM. Travel to St. Laurent Mall was easy, and both VIA Rail and the O-Train are accessible via Tremblay Station, just a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The pool opens at 6 AM and is wonderfully clean. Parking is available on-site at no extra charge. I can definitely recommend this hotel for both leisure and business travelers.

Great shower water pressure and hot water availability. The hotel bar/restaurant next door was good and not overly expensive as hotel restaurants sometimes can be. I wasn't sure about the location initially but using Lyft (a Hilton honors partner) provided quick access to other parts of the city at discounted rates cheaper than public transit and you also get points for using the app. Even the Lyft drivers were astonished at the pricing. A quick walk to the Via station and there is a bus stop around the corner that takes you to and from the Byward Market...and steps away from Parliament Hill and Centretown
