Outstanding big room, I used my points and got a huge room with 2 beds. I stayed here for one night in November 2025. The bathroom was great with soft and plush towels. Shower and amenities were great. Location wise, you would need a car or take an uber. However, the price was so low and it came with a free breakfast with a variety of food, you won't go hungry. There's complimentary coffee and tea all day. The staff is very kind and friendly.
Gym was great, my room was right across from it!
Only downside is the elevator is quite slow.
Highly recommend it.

This hotel was super affordable and we checked in at 7:30pm. They were instantly accommodating and didn't price gouge us because of late check in. They were friendly and very efficient. The room was absolutely gorgeous. I have paid $100 more a night for way less classy. It was so beautiful we just walked around our gorgeous room in awe for the first 10 minutes once inside. The motel was super quiet. The TV worked great, which is always an issue for us everywhere we stay, except here. It was so super clean, the beds were so comfortable and pillow were dreamy. The bathrooms are so up to date and extremely clean. The hot breakfast was fantastic. The servers were so friendly too. Just the best place we have ever stayed anywhere ever. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Ottawa. 5 star +5 more stars.

Would serve business better than recreational I find. However still we'll placed to be able to visit the city, so good location overall.
Rooms are spacious, updated but not over the top. Water pressure good, great temps. King mattress was coiled only. Felt hard and metallic. Noise from people wasnt bad during my stay despite it busy. The doors do have a terrible slam when closing, so that will disturb some. We did have issues with noise due to doors ourselves, but it was the only true complaint so not disastrous by any mean.
Parking is underground but limited. People naturally cram their vehicles in despite no parking signs. Made it tight, so anyone with a long model suv or pickup truck wouldn't be very happy trying to leave. But, I'm sure given enough patience the lot would clear out. We left 5mins past checkout.
Service was always great. Dealt with three different front desk staff and I never had a single issue or complaint. Can safely recommend for simple short stays.
Had 1 young child and 1, 50lb dog. No issues with room design for safety of 4 year old or dog.

When we arrived to the hotel, the beddings were dirty. We politely asked to change them, so they did. I wouldn't write any bad comment and wouldn't say anything. But our room was cleaned only once out of 6 nights. On the first scheduled time, when we were on our way to have breakfast the cleaner asked if we need cleaning... Of course we need cleaning! It sounded like the staff tried to avoid her job.
My wife accompanied me on my work trip to Ottawa, she works remotely on computer and had to stay in the room during work hours. The hotel staffs refused to clean the room because she was in the room. Hence, all work days when she stayed there the room wasn't cleaned, towels and beddings weren't changed, trash wasn't taken out. They said it's a security threat for the cleaner if the guest is in the room. Their policy of not cleaning the room while the guest is in the room - treats guests not as valued customers, but as some sort of criminals. Or you must get out of the room, or they will let you stay in dirt.
I must say that I stayed in this hotel many times, everything was good. There are some hardworking people, for example those who prepare breakfast, and several people at the front desk. This time we stayed on the 4th floor, by the way.
Unfortunately those friendly, hardworking people I know weren't there during our checkout, it wasn't their shift.
When I complained about not cleaning our room during checkout on Saturday 20th of December to the supervisor on duty at the front desk, the supervisor didn't care at all, I wasn't treated as a loyal Hilton customer and a Diamond member, but like nobody. I will try my best to avoid this hotel during my future trips to Ottawa.
