Was told to sit aside and wait to handle other customers. Waited an hour. Left and got food. Came back and it still wasn't solved. The picture is the service counter dood. Not sure what his deal was. 2 hours in. Still no room available for me. Reply: this is a pseudo-name - I don't use my real name online. I was set up in a room with someone who was promised a single room since he drove all day long and wanted to sleep right away. Upgraded ratings to room now that I've been in one. Water pressure in shower is not good. I am on first floor, can't imagine what the third floor is like. Beds are comfortable. Would be nice if one of the 3 sets of pillows was memory foam but was otherwise comfortable.

Parking was easy and the hotel is in a good location to the highway. I really liked the built in white noise system in the rooms that you can adjust, a great feature for sleep. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are very spacious. The price was also very competitive compared to other hotels. Definitely stay here!

The hotel also provided a playpen crib for our 2-year-old, which was such a big help. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast downstairs was a hit — my kids especially loved making their own waffles! There was a mini fridge in our room as well and a tv which is always great with kids. The entire place was clean, and I really appreciated how bright and well-lit our room was (something many hotels tend to lack). Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for families.
