  Clean rooms, nice modern interior design. Breakfast included. Easy access from and to highway. Parking should be more spacious. Disable parking is located on the side of the building not in the front. Very good front desk service.

  Very disappointed in this hotel due to 3 problems we encountered (1) Despite checking out at 8:30 am we are charged full price for an unused night. 2) Milk at breakfast was sour. Management says replacement milk was from same batch. So the batch was fine but the milk left out was sour. No one else complained to management because we were the first ones at breakfast and the milk tasted fine after it was replaced from the properly stored batch. Perhaps the milk we encountered had been left out?? (3) Staff voluntarily relocated us to a new room because they could not get our door lock to function properly. However, hotel management doesn’t believe our concerns, or that they even happened, and in doing so is charging for an unused night. The manager was not present on site for any of these problems yet refutes our experience. We're not people who normally complain, but this experience with this manager is nothing like I've ever encountered. My wife and I are both professionals, our concerns are real, and we have been charged for an unused night.

  The room was nice, big and clean. The only two things were that it didn’t have a recycle bin in the room and the water pressure in the shower wasn’t very strong.

  I stayed in room 205 and was very disappointed. The bathroom was poorly cleaned and unhygienic — there was visible dirt on the tiles, and debris was actually falling off the shower door into the drain. In addition, the TV did not support Netflix or any other streaming services, which was inconvenient, and the mini fridge did not work at all. The room felt drafty — sitting next to the window, you could clearly feel cold outdoor air blowing in. However, the staff were very nice. They noted the problems as we left, but nothing further was done. For $225 per night, the value was extremely poor for what was provided. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

  The person at the counter was unable to handle my arrival. He put me in a room with someone who booked a single room and was not my party. Was told to sit aside and wait to handle other customers. Waited an hour. Left and got food. Came back and it still wasn't solved. The picture is the service counter dood. Not sure what his deal was. 2 hours in. Still no room available for me. Reply: this is a pseudo-name - I don't use my real name online. I was set up in a room with someone who was promised a single room since he drove all day long and wanted to sleep right away. Upgraded ratings to room now that I've been in one. Water pressure in shower is not good. I am on first floor, can't imagine what the third floor is like. Beds are comfortable. Would be nice if one of the 3 sets of pillows was memory foam but was otherwise comfortable.
