The front desk staff member who checked us in around 10:00 PM on December 26 (possibly named Phong) was very rude and unprofessional. The interaction made us feel unwelcome, and we would have left immediately if the booking had not already been paid for online. In addition, the corridors had a strong and unpleasant odor throughout, which significantly affected our comfort. This experience was far below the standard we expected. Due to these issues, we kindly request appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.

The staff were friendly and helpful when needed, the elevator broke down during my stay but it was repaired quickly. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the room really clean and comfortable and the cafe 1274 downstairs served delicious food and wine. The servers were really great and didn’t rush us through our meal. Made good conversation and were attentive. We had breakfast fast there as well and Lauren was supper great. Raymond made an appearance and greeted us which was a plus. He a So owns the restaurant and is very proud of his staff and the food he prepares. We will go again for sure. Just a perfect combination for a hotel .
