- CSChris SchwanApr 6, 20264.0Staff was nice. Heated underground parking. Ice on 3rd and 5th floor. Bed was comfortable. Keurig, microwave and mini freezer. Water pressure in the shower wasn't the best. Late checkout was available too. Overall good. Was there for the Goo Goo Dolls concert (2026) that got cancelled. Will stay again if the Goo Goo Dolls come back to Oshawa Tribute Centre.

For a three-star hotel, it’s actually really good I would even say it’s a four-star hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and they have an underground parking garage. The service is excellent everyone at the desk is very polite and helpful.

I will say not fully satisfied as a customer but at least they reached out and refunded some of the charge. Updated my star rating to reflect that. Worst customer service!! Booked a 1 night stay for elderly parents due to medical treatment. Because of a communication mix up was charged a full extra night for missing a 2pm “cut off” by mere minutes. Amanda at front desk couldn’t have been more unpleasant to deal with!! Will be contacting Holiday Inn head office. Never again

The hallway was pretty loud first thing in the morning with a girls hockey team that couldn't keep their voices or excitement down at 6am, but was the only noise issue. Parking situation wasn't the best, but we did always have Parking. Location is convenient, but felt like a bit of a sketchy neighborhood.
