  RM #115 shower head loose, water spraying out everywhere when turned on. Water pressure terrible. Luke warm water on hot dial temp. Telephone didn't work to Call front desk. TV Cable kept disconnecting. Bathroom sink drains very slow. Not impressed !!!

  Had a wonderful stay here! All the staff were nice and welcoming, rooms were comfortable and clean. Was super happy with the breakfast options!

  I checked in for one night (Sept 5/25). I hung an outfit (shirt, pants, belt) in the closet and forget it there upon checking out. I called the same day I checked out and was told the outfit had been thrown in the garbage and could no longer be retrieved. They agreed to pay the replacement cost. I submitted receipts days later. It's now December and still no reimbursement. Emails to the manager (A. Klukowski) - such as my last email of December 4 - just get ignored. Do not stay at this hotel (and if you do, don't leave anything behind).

  Don’t be deceived by the hotel’s photos or the glowing 4–5 star reviews. I’m not sure when those photos were taken or where the rave reviews are coming from, because our experience was nothing like what’s advertised. The lobby and sitting area in the pictures look bright, open, and modern, but in reality they are small, cramped, and far from new. What you see online is not what you get. Our room was on the first floor, but it felt more like being in a dingy basement. You actually have to walk down a level to get to the “first” floor, which immediately sets the tone. The moment I opened the door, the room had an odd smell, and everything about it reminded me of an old, cheap roadside motel—not a hotel in this price range and definitely not a “Plus” Best Western. The laminate flooring wouldn’t have bothered me if it were clean, but it clearly wasn’t. We took our shoes off right by the door since we had just come in from the snow, so I know for certain we didn’t track any dirt through the room. After taking off my socks, I could feel debris sticking to my feet from walking around. The bathroom was also disappointing—very small and dated, with the door opening directly in front of the toilet. The tub had stains that initially looked like dried blood, but on closer inspection turned out to be rust. To make matters worse, it drained so slowly that I ended up standing in a pool of water throughout my shower. The heater didn’t work either, but we were too tired to deal with it. Thankfully, I had packed warm pajamas. To top it all off, the walls are extremely thin. I could hear full conversations and even snoring from the rooms next door. Noise from the hallway sounded as if the door was wide open—every word loud and clear. Overall, this stay was far below expectations. Between the misleading photos, the outdated and unclean room, the noise, and basic amenities not functioning, I would not recommend staying here. I wish I had taken photos, but honestly I was too overwhelmed in the moment. I usually shrug things off, but I felt compelled to share the truth about this hotel. The experience simply did not match the price, the photos, or the reviews.
