The receptionist was very polite and helpful — she even changed our room to the 4th floor upon request and gave us great information about nearby restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the hotel didn’t provide enough shampoo or basic amenities like bottled water and toothpaste, so we had to ask for them. Breakfast was not included, and we had to pay separately, but it was very good, and the lady serving breakfast was friendly and pleasant. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with good customer service, and we appreciated the staff’s hospitality.

While they attempted to fix the toilet right away it still wasn’t fixed and we needed to be out of our room for longer. Then for two days the key lock didn’t work so we had to walk down to reception Everytime. The only positive is that it’s dog friendly but still the room standard should have been better for the price we paid.

Reception was very pleasant and helpful. Only reason for 4 stars for location is because it is a fair distance from HWY 11. The quality of the included breakfast will definitely be a determining factor in favour of this hotel for future stays.
