- TTTracy T3 days ago1.0This is a dated hotel and in desperate needed of redo. We ended up leaving and paying a small amount more to stay else where. Lady at front desk is not so nice. Breakfast was ok.
- LRLauren RubertoJan 6, 20261.0Although the value of the hotel was decent, and overall in acceptable condition, our stay was disappointing due to staff. Jenna, who works the front desk was rude, unwelcoming and aggressive in her demeanour towards our family. We continuously had issues of being falsely accused of breaking hotel policies of which she wasn’t able to prove (as the rules were not broken) Our family amongst the others we were travelling with did our best to avoid confrontation with Jenna but felt she continually attacked all of us. Very disappointing, and put a dark cloud over our stay. The male front desk employee on the other hand was kind, polite and helpful. The manager although very apologetic, failed to help the situation even after being notified. Ultimately, I would steer those away from staying her due to the issues with had. Although our room was in decent condition, cleanliness was a concern.

I will refrain from listing the reasons, as from previous reviews the General Manager will come and list nonsense underneath, but please avoid if you are a sports team.
