Came back from dinner to find my key card not working and no one at the front desk since 11 PM. It’s now 2:30 AM and I’m still waiting in the lobby with zero help. Even the main Best Western line couldn’t do anything and told me to call 911 non-emergency—unbelievable! Totally unacceptable for a hotel of this name. Never staying here again.

Terri at reservations/front desk was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good . Restaurants within walking distance and downtown Orillia and Waterfront just 5 min. drive. (Agree with previous comment about not letting the outside fool you. ) Would recommend this hotel and hope to stay again.

AND even the morning desk lady had major attitude like it was our fault they don't know how to do there job. Will not be returning any time soon
