- RBRob BNov 7, 20252.0Having stayed here some years ago when arriving in Ontario, we decided to use the hotel again, when leaving. Things have gone seriously downhill in that time. It's probably the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. How they can charge what they do for this standard is beyond me. We had to sleep with the windows open due to our allergies being set off so badly. We complained to housekeeping, who came to the room, and blamed maintenance on the state of the room. True, the torn curtains, and broken furniture would be maintenance, but what looked like blood on the toilet, mold in the bathroom, and calcium build up on the shower (see photo's) surely has to be down to the cleaning crew? On the plus side, the reception and restaurant staff were really nice, amd helpful. I would not recommend staying here.

The staff were so kind and welcoming, we felt well cared for. The continental breakfast was amazing with so many options (something for everyone in the family), and the swimming pool was a hit with the kids. One of my absolute favorite things was the free laundry! Traveling with little ones means you go through clothes fast, so having that convenience made such a difference. They also have a great little pantry stocked with all kinds of things you might need, which I thought was great! It really felt like they’ve thought of everything to make your stay feel like home. We honestly couldn’t find a single thing to complain about, it’s family-friendly, comfortable, clean, and so well-run. This is definitely a place we’d come back to again whenever we’re in the area. Highly recommend!
- KHKalpna HowarthOct 25, 20254.0We were staying here for over 3 weeks. Hotel and rooms are undergoing renovations as they are pretty run down. Staff are amazing! Each and everyone one of them. They make you stay very comfortable, are polite and go out of their way to help. The manager Dwight is very attentive to all of our concerns and requests and promptly addresses them. He’s the best! Kitchen staff Liza and her teammates are also very helpful. The chef Alhula was so kind to make me a vegetarian dish after my gruelling shift at the hospital. Very thankful. Oh and they have Social hour 3 evenings a week which is very welcomed.
