  I had a pleasant stay. Liza, Gerrard, the young gentleman at the evening socials (whose name I regret not asking so I’ll just refer to him as the bartender haha), and the rest of the staff were all friendly and made my experience even more enjoyable. The décor may not be very modern, but everything functioned as it should. Loved the amazing food, and the hand-paint artwork in the hotel. :)

  Friendly desk clerks, very comfortable and clean. This is mid-level luxury at its best! Highly recommend.

  Big shout out to the breakfast staff, Liza and Kiran! They did an amazing job keeping everything clean, organized, and fully stocked—even when a large group of hockey players flooded the area all at once. They handled the rush with professionalism, efficiency, and such kind smiles. Truly outstanding service that made the morning so enjoyable. Thank you both!

  i’m not on to leave negative reviews but my boyfriend and i stayed here for a week while he’s in school. first of all the hallways with the rooms smell like old feet. i can’t even describe the smell. they have their tvs locked from wifi so goodluck watching anything except the 9 channels they’ve selected. unless you wanna drain ur data within an hour. we got switched rooms because our first tv stopped working completely and wouldn’t turn on. the rooms are so dry i woke up every single morning with a sore throat and dry stuffy nose. the free appetizers were cold, and not appetizing. our second room was worse then our first, minus the tv working. the soap bottle holder was broken, the door handle was broken, shower curtain was ripped. and after 3 days of barley using the light over the sink it started flickering and burnt out. white stains on my boyfriends nightstand. oh and no need to ask for a wake up call, you’ll be awoken to a fire alarm (with no fire occurring) beeping for 20 minutes. hotel is very outdated and probably needs to be gutted from the inside out. i don’t even think the parking lot fits the capacity of this hotel. was barley any parking and parking lot was completely full. save some sanity and book elsewhere.
