The hotel was renovated a few years back so it's quite modern. The gym equipment is showing its age however and could use an upgrade as several of the machines were broken. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean, no complaints there. Overall happy with our 8 day stay.

I contacted IHG via their price match guarantee, to which they replied absolute nonsense. Terrible customer service. I arrived at the hotel. Clean, polite welcome. My room? Large, clean, corner unit. The front desk told me they "upgraded me at no cost" -- which is to say, I had 2 queens, and they offered me a king instead. I travel enough--that's not an upgrade. The PTAC unit kept me up ALL NIGHT. It was the worse sleep I've had at a hotel in almost 4 years (200+ nights).
