The suite was beautiful with a truly amazing view. Breakfast in the restaurant was amazing thanks to the great food and great service. Location is perfect, it’s right next to QEW and perfect for everyone going to Niagara as well. Very warm and welcoming staff. All in all a great stay, I’d recommend it for anyone!

- JGJulie GoyetteOct 25, 20253.0The rooms didn't have robes nor extra blankets; bed sheets were too few and too light. Extra covers and downs would be appreciated. Coffee did not have decade. Website needs to give shoppers experience easy selection for rooms with bathtubs! This has become a norm for me and is very disappointing when no tubs in rooms or when rooms with tubs are more expensive. Curtains need new tech: electric system vs manual - I just can't do the seeds string rope wheel for Curtains it is too painful for the hands. Light in the bathroom did not have options for dimming or individual selection of ambiance mood for bathing. LED does NOT promote relaxation at all! Nor easy usage of restroom during the night; I had to use my phone to create both! Too bad. I did not like to come in and found two empty front desks. Not welcoming. Honestly, I thought they were self-check kiosks!!! I did not like that. Too cold. Highlights: great price, Dove: best soap, but would appreciate no fragrance, I had forgotten my toothbrush and paste there was one in the bathroom, hot water! Maybe banale but many hotels with tubs do not offer very hot water (104°C, just below). Coffee I the room and also in the kitchen. Easy free parking; I don't take it for granted. Pillows offered down and polyester: SUPER!!! Sofa chair accent chair with accent ottoman and insertable accent table were amazing!
