- RRrydumais2 days ago5.0We had a great stay this past weekend and were really happy overall. Staff were friendly and fast, and check-in only took a couple minutes even with a full hockey team ahead of us. Our room was clean, well stocked with towels, and had a coffee maker and fridge. Everything felt ready to go when we arrived. Showers have plenty of hot water and decent water pressure. Could do better on the toilet paper but I’m sure people love to take rolls home so I understand. Printer, two computers available on the main floor (which is awesome!) plus a pool and fitness centre. All well maintained! Breakfast was impressive for a continental setup, much better than what most hotels offer. The prep staff were great too. Food was hot, plenty to go around and LOTS of options. Very neatly laid out and you can tell they care, which made breakfast quite enjoyable. Neat and modern eating area in the lobby! The only thing we noticed was that we could hear a lot of noise from the hallway. The door seal looked worn and you could see light through it, so better soundproofing would help, especially with the hockey team I mentioned earlier running around late at night. Also, all the water filling stations were out of order. Not a big deal though because the snack area was fairly priced and had lots of options, if you need a quick snack, drink or full on ready meal. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! Thank you Holiday Inn!

Special thanks to Nora and Paula for being friendly and genuinely caring, the food was great too! The fitness centre and pool were maintained well. Accessible location, Restaurants and Grocery stores nearby. Enjoyed the stay!

Go to check out abd waited 20 minutes while the only person at the front desk spoke to a customer looking to book. I showed my card and simply could have asked asked the customer on the phone to hold a moment, but did not. Seriously waited 20 minutes and then a poor apology. 0 customer service skills at this hotel. Do not stay here.
