I had a small issue with my room’s TV connection, and the front desk staff handled it with outstanding professionalism and kindness. Instead of a quick fix, they took the initiative to ensure my stay was perfect and arranged a smooth room change. Their attitude was exceptional — friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on guest comfort. The hotel is clean, quiet, and reliable, but it’s the staff who make it exceptional. Their dedication to hospitality and guest satisfaction deserves real recognition. I appreciate how they always treat me with respect and care, and I’m thankful for their support during every stay. Thank you to the whole team for consistently making my work trips easy and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and will continue to stay here regularly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Staff were friendly and fast, and check-in only took a couple minutes even with a full hockey team ahead of us. Our room was clean, well stocked with towels, and had a coffee maker and fridge. Everything felt ready to go when we arrived. Showers have plenty of hot water and decent water pressure. Could do better on the toilet paper but I’m sure people love to take rolls home so I understand. Printer, two computers available on the main floor (which is awesome!) plus a pool and fitness centre. All well maintained! Breakfast was impressive for a continental setup, much better than what most hotels offer. The prep staff were great too. Food was hot, plenty to go around and LOTS of options. Very neatly laid out and you can tell they care, which made breakfast quite enjoyable. Neat and modern eating area in the lobby! The only thing we noticed was that we could hear a lot of noise from the hallway. The door seal looked worn and you could see light through it, so better soundproofing would help, especially with the hockey team I mentioned earlier running around late at night. Also, all the water filling stations were out of order. Not a big deal though because the snack area was fairly priced and had lots of options, if you need a quick snack, drink or full on ready meal. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! Thank you Holiday Inn!
