My recent stay was a highly positive experience. My family were greeted and interacted with the excellent staff members (in particular the front desk crew) throughout the weekend stay. Furthermore, the accommodations were truly wonderful, contributing to overall satisfaction. Great memorable experience.

The Holiday Inn express is connected to Staybridge suites. It is not one hotel as the Google map so erroneously shows! When you walk in the main door, you either go left to Staybridge or right to Holiday Inn. What does this mean for you, The guest? It means you will share not only the pool but the morning breakfast buffet with another hotel the same size!! That means double the people in the pool and double the people trying to eat breakfast. I know I was there. I experienced it and it was awful. Don’t even try to get breakfast on a Sunday morning, There won’t be any left. Instead, stay at the Hilton Garden Inn that is close to here and is only one hotel. The picture I attached is one I took while sitting in Tim Hortons Across the way…. It looks like two hotels, but there is a connecting first floor entryway that combines the two. I will never stay at one of these hotels again.

Nice rooms, clean enough space for everything. Nice soaps in the bathroom room smelled nice and fresh. Also was allowed to pick a room on what level and away from traffic.

Very pleasant. When we arrived we went to the desk on the left and the male attendant very rudely told us it was for a different hotel and to go right. It is very unclear when one enters the building that there are 2 hotels. This confusion could easily be rectified by entry point signage..or a more accomdating demeanor. Lastly, the hotel is not within walking distance of Niagara and is geographically closer to the QEW.

Julia and Benjamin were absolute sweethearts, telling me all about the best place to get poutine and park to photograph the falls. Room was cozy and modern, breakfast was delicious, the pool looked amazing despite me not getting a chance to use it. If I return to the area, this is where I'm staying.
