- ALA L3 days ago1.0Not a great experience at all! I paid extra for a room with a jacuzzi tub I didn’t even use. The tub had several hairs all over it and in it. It was gross and it didn’t even look clean. There was also some type of small wrappers (garbage) left on the floor. Was this room cleaned after someone used it? When I told the front desk the response was “we will tell the cleaning staff to do a better job next time” No one reached me back after following up and after being advised they would. I just kept getting surveys about my stay. I would not recommend at all. This is the worst stay I have ever experienced anywhere. I will never make the mistake of booking at a Hilton again.

The beds were very comfortable and the room itself was clean, comfortable, and overall lovely. Shannon at reception was also a great help throughout our stay and made it 10x better!
