We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Hilton Garden Inn. It is our 3rd time staying here for our anniversary. We are never disappointed!! This is such a great place to stay. It is always very clean and the staff are amazing. The assistant manager Leea was top notch. Marma, our waitress, as well as Jennifer in the kitchen were awesome assisting us each day with breakfast. They all went out of their way to make things so enjoyable for us. We truly recommend this hotel. It is in the perfect location to Niagara Falls and Niagara on the lake. Also, a great mall and restaurants nearby. Thank you to all the staff for making our anniversary so special! We will definitely see you again!!

This hotel was a huge disappointment and completely unworthy of its price or its name. The overall room experience was very poor. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable—my wife woke up with a severe stiff neck after just one night. Both the blanket and the bedsheets generated excessive static electricity. Throughout the night, there were visible sparks and loud crackling sounds, and even the slightest movement in bed caused a lot of noise, making it very difficult to sleep.
The area where the coffee machine, refrigerator, and microwave were located was extremely dim. The lighting was so poor that it was almost impossible to read the instructions on the appliances.
The breakfast was very average but charged at $20 per person, which is far from reasonable. Other than being close to the outlet mall, there is nothing worth recommending about this hotel.

My 3 year old daughter got hurt in the room because the floor is not even. She was crying a favouring her foot and knee afterwards. There's a raised part which you don't notice until you trip over it and fall down.
There is alot of car and truck traffic beside the hotel making it hard to come and go. The rest of the hotel is mediocre and staff didn't seem friendly .

This place is sort of a rip-off, I am a long term hilton fan BUT...but on Christmas 2025 night with 4 small slices of meat and bread crumbs soaked in chicken broth was sold to guests at the restaurant for $40 was a bit of a rip-off. Ooh 4 Peace's of Cold shrimp tail in an wine glass waa sold for $20...the hotel and restaurant staff did everything to sell substandard food overpriced 😉, guess what I still tipped those panhandlers $15. You can't put breakfast raspberry jam for xmas Turkey dinner...that's silly...
Plus the paid breakfast of 1 cup of coffee, 2 Slices of bread, 1 tiny jam, 1 tiny Glass of Orange 🍊 juice is not worth $25...plus I had tipped $5....I called it giving to the needed, I understand these waiter's are not paid well and perhaps to express frustration on the management screweing the customers...In fact was better off going to No frills Tim Hortons or McDonald's... better service at no expectations
I almost passed out watching the old b/w xmas classic when there were other channels...no hate American football 🏈... what???

This hotel has much to be desired. While technically clean, there were too many blemishes: eg, fraying carpet, cracked bathroom tile, long stray hairs in the shower, and a bedside table that was hanging off the wall as though it had been glued to the wall again and again. The decor was very odd. Maybe fine for a quick night off the highway, but wouldn’t consider for much else.
