PROS: Excellent location. Very walkable to Table Rock, Clifton Hills (20min), and Rainbow Bridge. My balcony faced East and I was able to get a glimpse of the Falls. Service was responsive and professional. Free parking. CONS: - Hygiene/Cleanliness. The bed was "done", but had a ton of hairs on the top cover and behind the pillows. We didn't check all the way under the sheets because it was obvious it was not replaced between guests. We notified the staff and they had a couple gentlemen promptly come to the room around 10pm who changed the sheets for us. As they were replacing the sheets, they left to get another sheet because of an issue with the replacement sheet they initially brought. I asked if there was an issue with their laundry machine and they stated they used a third party to wash their sheets. - No sound proofing. The room bed is next to the vent. The vent had sounds from someone else's room so I could hear them talk and watch tv. It led to a disruptive morning as I wanted to sleep in but I heard them very clearly between the hours of 8am-10am talking. I would consider staying here again as I spent more time outdoors than in the room, and staff quickly addressed the used bed situation. I would just hope my neighbours aren't chatty, or bring earplugs myself.

Heartbreakingly disappointed. After being loyal guests, we felt totally disrespected. This was our third stay at this property this year alone. We even chose to give them another chance after a stay last year where we were infested with ants, because we truly wanted to like this place. We thought things were finally going well until this stay in Room 123 on April 21, 2026 After the way we were treated, it will be a long time before we ever consider coming back. The disrespect started at check-in. We booked a King room with a balcony, but they put us in a low-level room with a terrace. When we pointed this out, the staff was dismissive, telling us a terrace "is a balcony." Which it is not. They actually insinuated we were lying about our booking just because we didn’t have the email pulled up at that exact second. To be treated with that kind of suspicion as a repeat guest was a slap in the face. On top of that, we couldn't even get connected to the wifi the entire time, leaving us completely frustrated. The room condition was gross. There was hair in the bathtub and a persistent smell of cigarette smoke. Our "terrace/balcony" was littered with cigarette butts that people had flicked down from the floors above. When we mentioned that, we were just dismissed again and told, "people just smoke on the balconies anyway." It felt like their own non-smoking policy didn't even matter. We got almost no rest. The people upstairs were stomping and slamming things around until 1:30 AM, and then they started all over again at 7:00 AM. To top it all off, at 9:00 AM—while we were finally trying to get some sleep—a staff member started yelling while doing yard work directly outside our door. It was the final straw. While we were exhausted from the lack of sleep, we ultimately chose to leave early because of the blatant disrespect from the staff, the constant noise, and the fact that we didn't even get the room we paid for. When we told management we were checking out, they seemed like they couldn't care less. They offered an insulting $22.49 credit, which didn't even come close to fixing the situation. We gave this hotel so many chances, but being treated like we didn't matter was the end for us.

Im a holiday in member so I visit many diffrent locations toronto being the best one yet, decided to try niagrafalls this time. Check in was smooth. Got our key to our room which was on main floor..... at a glance it all looked great so we went out to do our things. Cocoa dinner was wonderfull. We go back to our room to relax an enjoy our quiet night even a bath. . Ill start off with washroom, that bath tub is for toddlers no average size adult is soaking comfortably in that tub 0 stars. Then im like meh ih well off to watch some tv get on the bed that felt like bricks, just to look over and see little black hairs all over the white sheets GROSS. I want to start off with why I do love holiday inn (just not this one) in toronto(holiday in express) they have a constant air freshening system that keeps the place smelling 5 star! And their line of dove products in washroom, except ours were so low didnt look like anyone had been up keeping the levels to even have 2 successfully showers let alone if wed had each one before bed an am. Now on to the last which was why we turn our key in an decided to leave and drive 3 hours all the way back home at 925pm. The noise. It was aweful every time anyone walked by the door and opened the entrance next to our room it felt as if they were right there an No sleep would have happened. Seeing as we were having a 1 night away from our own toddler the ones screaming by door just didnt feel like time away. When leaving no one was attentive to even get our card. An they still billed me for a breakfast we were not there for. I will be requesting a refund for.

This hotel has a lot of potential. Location is great, free parking, rooms are okay. I did notice quite a few ants crawling around in the bathroom. (Pic attached of a couple of them) But the WiFi in this hotel is abysmal. Every few minutes it would disconnect and I kept having to go back to settings to join again. The wifi situation didn’t work for me as an international traveler who relies on wifi. If continuously working wifi is important to you I would recommend staying at one of the many other hotels in the area. OMG! Even as I went to post this review the wifi randomly shut off. Just proving my point.

My family and I have stayed here numerous times and usually it is always pleasant. My dad is a long time IHG member and we had originally booked the stay for Friday for 1 night. We decided to extend our stay and went to the front desk. The Chinese lady that helped us ensured me even saying “Let me double check the employee rate, with the employee rate it’s $150 plus tax comes to $183.91” I agreed cause I thought she checked for employee rate and figured it was expensive due to it being a long weekend. Come to find out this evening when checking about the Coco’s restaurant with the employee discount that she in fact rebooked us as a regular stay not under the IHG member discount. The other lady said that we would have had to call or rebook on the app. The lady from yesterday should have said that yesterday. Not tell us that it was an employee discount as she was rebooking us. Then the lady that rebooked us yesterday was like yea I booked them, no apologies of any sort after I mentioned that no one told us yesterday to rebook on the app to get the IHG member discount. Truly disappointing. Otherwise the stay would have been a great weekend. All employees should be trained accordingly so everyone is on the same page.
