- GGGlory GautamNov 17, 20255.0As we entered the hotel, the check-in process was easy and as described in our reservation it. was a fallsview room..Spectacular views and worth the extra cost, especially for rooms with full or corner falls views.Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff was quite friendly, helpful, and professional, with helped us checkin our luggage earlier on day of checkin and also kept luggage after checkout. Really appreciated this help.
- LDLee DraperNov 12, 20255.0I stopped here just for 1 night was tired just wanted to rest, I was able to check in early which was nice and was upgraded to a room with a view and a jetted tub. The view of Niagara was amazing as soon as you opened the door you saw the river then the falls was surprised how close I was. Enjoyed the room to a treat especially the jetted bath. I look forward to returning to this location staff very helpful, a throughly enjoyable experience.

When I asked if I could catch game 7 of the World Series in my room, the concierge hooked me up with a list of channels. The room's a bit old-school but super clean and roomy. It's got a mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, a huge 50" TV, tons of lights, and a sofa bed. The bathroom's modern and spacious. The cleaning crew's friendly too. All in all, it's a fantastic pet-friendly hotel. I'd recommend it. $20 overnt outdoor prking just in front of entrance, covenient.
