  Terrific hotel! A bit further from the Niagara attractions, but well worth it. The pool and hot tub area is genuinely lovely and so relaxing. The staff are all incredibly kind and helpful. I can't wait to come back!

  The staff at this hotel is wonderful. They are so kind and so efficient. 5 stars for this for sure! The location as others have said isn’t the greatest but if you stay inside the hotel it is safe. The amenities are great, we went on a weekday so we didn’t have any issues with it being crowded. The rooms are dated but clean.

  Absolutely fantastic staff. Food is excellent. Love the atmosphere. Great little getaway for an overnight vacation with the kiddos. Pool, arcade, playplace, wonderful Irish pub. Everything you need. Great price. This spot is very generous ahd caring to their guests. Wait staff in the pub is stellar. Love the pool bar. Great staff. Entertainment in the pub and in the pool deck. We loved our visit

  This is our second time staying here, and we can’t wait to come back! This hotel is the perfect place for a family getaway. The pool and hot tubs are great and there are many lounge chairs around the pool. There’s a huge play structure as well. The courtyard is perfect for meals or just hanging out; there are plenty of tables and seats to choose from. This makes it a completely different experience compared to other hotels, where you’re either just hanging out in your room or the lobby! There is also an arcade and restaurant, all in the same area. Room was clean! Service was amazing. Each time I called, the ladies at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful. They were even sweeter in person. Even the 2 security guards walking around were very friendly; this made me feel extra safe travelling alone with kids. Employees constantly walked through the courtyard checking for garbage or towels left around. As someone who has worked in the service industry for 17 years, good service is very important to me! Thank you. We will be back!

  We want to love this hotel. This is our second time staying here. There was an issue the first time when the hotel “accidentally” gave away our courtyard room, but there also was a group from a children’s hockey tournament with a large block of courtyard rooms. It seemed overly convenient that they made this mistake and seemed to be so that the hockey group could have our room. Their version of making up for it was putting our whole family of 5 in an ADA room with 1 bed and a rollout cot that was a courtyard room and giving us breakfast. On this current visit, we saw their Facebook announcement stating that the pool and hot tubs would be closed until 1/23/26. Our trip was 1/24-1/25. My children like this hotel for the pool and two hot tubs. We called the hotel a couple days ahead of time to ensure all would be open. The person on the phone assured my husband that both the hot tubs and the pool would be open. Because of this, we didn’t reschedule our trip. We are here now and only one hot tub is open. It had 14-16 people in it at all times, so my family didn’t get to use it. The pool was too cold to use from just being refilled. Our bathroom has an ant problem with swarms of ants crawling out of a crack in the tiles each time you turn on the lights. This is an issue with a 3 year old afraid of ants. The front desk said “thanks for letting us know” when we brought this up to them. With 3 young children, it’s also an issue that at 10:30 at night, there are other kids screaming and having races outside our room. These are the same kids that were mocking my 5 year old son in the play structure when my son told them he needed some space. There are also families that have taken over the hallway with party decorations and parents who just seem to walk around buzzed while ignoring their kids. I watched a parent take the orange emergency board down from the iron fence between the pool and play area so that she could stay in the play area drinking with other adults while still being able to “watch” her kids in the pool. There is no one from the hotel staff monitoring or telling people to follow the posted rules. We can’t sit at the small table outside our door once 11:00 hits either, so we have no where to be awake as adults and still be near the door to our room to ensure our kids are safe once we finally get them to bed after the unsupervised kids stop running around. We also don’t trust using the in-room espresso machine because there was an empty beer bottle sideways in the tray when we arrived. There are also a variety of crusty stains stuck in the carpet and just an overall feel of the room not being properly cleaned (ex: smears and marks on walls and light switches). ETA: It’s now 5 minutes until midnight, and we can still hear consistent shouting while laying in bed. Don’t get me wrong - we love hotels with a lively atmosphere. When we go to Disney resorts or other lively resorts, we love being right outside the main pools. There’s a difference between a fun, lively environment though and the chaos and lack of supervision that seem to happen here.
