  Currently writing this while I’m in the hotel because I can’t sleep with the racket going on outside the room. It’s 11;36 and I suppose the night time cleanup is out, but holy smokes… they are sure loud. Wifi is horrible here. We couldn’t even put a movie on. The bathroom is seriously outdated- no sink or mirror in the washroom.. The one hot tub was out of order and 15 people crammed into the the other one We were told we could place an order for take out at the restaurant, only to call back 20 minutes later and they told us it was too late:.. The arcade was nice; but not nearly enough selections of games. The lobby WREAKED of chlorine… But the staff was super nice and accommodating and efficient So many reasons I would never come back here SPECIFICALLY if it was to have a get away, but all in all it’s a clean room and family friendly We came for a girls night so it’s a big of a different story when you come with your friends and their teenaged girls, they didn’t seem to mind. Worst part though - as the other reviews say- Horrible sound barrier. You can hear everything.

  This hotel was great! Both my kids really enjoyed this hotel. The chlorine in the pool was strong that both my kids got rashes. The atmosphere was excellent we loved how it felt like we were away at our own getaway. We stayed in the upper level of the poolside. The kids enjoyed the play area as well and the arcade. Also the restaurant had amazing food and service. We will definitely be back! We left something in our room too after we left and they were great in helping us getting it back to us.

  Our kids really enjoyed the night at this hotel utilizing the pool and small arcade as well as having dinner at the attached Irish Pub. We were unfortunately in a section of the hotel that had multiple rooms with dogs that were barking all night. It sounded more like a kennel than a hotel at 10pm. We almost left. We were refunded for parking but ultimately the hotel was sold out so another room was not an option.

  We came here for a short getaway and had a comfortable stay. The hotel also has an arcade and indoor playground, keeping our kids entertained and happy, which made a big difference for us as parents. The pool was another highlight it was clean, well maintained, and open from 9am to 10pm giving us plenty of flexibility during the day. Overall the atmosphere was family friendly and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel to families seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
