  Last minute reservation. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are older but clean .

  This hotel is location only a few minutes from Southlake hospital, which is why we chose it. It is also located amongst all the shopping. One little touch which I really liked, the washroom had a nightlight.. again, a simple little touch. The bathroom light has a fan with it, so it would've been very loud in the evening. The room was fresh, a couch and chair, so you did not have to sit only on the bed. We booked using the link the hospital sent us, upon arrival, they upgraded our room for us. Reception staff were lovely. Parking was available right at the door. Google maps instructions were a bit weird, bringing us in the back way, but it did get us there.

  My family and I stayed here for 1 night, the room was very clean and the staff was welcoming they made the check in/checkout process as easy and quick as possible. hotel is in a perfect location with most places in walking distance. will definitely be back!

  Stayed at the Best Western in Newmarket last night had the best night the room was beautifully cleaned looked like an Airbnb clean the way it was set up housekeeper Louisa Such a sweet lady she even asked me the next day how my room was the bed was very comfortable they have new shampoo and conditioner bottles right in the shower built into the wall for convenience 10/10
