  Room was clean and spacious (2 Queen sweet with pullout). Fridge was large for a hotel room and there was a microwave and Keurig included. Rooms have been updated but are very standard rooms. The pullout was better than expected too! One of the staff upon check in was wildly friendly and helpful! I wish I got her name, but her hair was covering her tag. The other staff seemed disinterested. Went to the Buttery for breakfast - it’s definitely a unique experience. Food is decent, but it felt like a time warp! Parking is included and you can park close to the stairs to your room.

  When we 1st pulled up I was concerned that this may be too old of a motel. However rooms are newly renovated & very Nice. Very Clean. Beds & pillows were comfortable. Staff were super friendly. The restaurant located in the hotel ... is Top Notch for food & Service. Located right across from the Upper Canada 🇨🇦 Mall. Located near many other Restaurants. However, 100% my recommendation would be to eat your breakfast or lunch in the motel restaurant. It's been open for 38 years. With the same owners and many of the same staff The food and the service is incredible. Hotel is located very close to the south lake new market hospital. In case that is something you require. Our reason for travel was a hospital visit.

  We were in town for a hockey tournament. Everyone that we dealt with was amazing. The Front Desk Staff. Housekeeping. Security. The staff at The Buttery. They gave us a couple meeting rooms for the boys and parents so we were not disturbing the other guests. Great location across from Upper Canada Mall and close to lots of restaurants. Thank you Best Western! Extraordinary Hospitality

  Hotel was great! You get what you pay for and it’s a best western. Had the best room in the hotel for my wedding night. Room was spacious and clean and the location was ideal for our wedding venue at a nearby winery. Although the exterior is misleading; i would reccomend this place to anyone.

  So shifty. I thought the pool and hot tub would be reopened by now and the lower level including the gym and drop in days for $2 and $5. Used to be the best place including party room rentals upstairs feeling like a king and princess on your birthday
