- BSBeauty StudioFeb 22, 20261.0Stayed there for two night with hockey team. We can here a worker screaming at a kid in the hallway. Multiple parents heard her from our bedrooms. Speaking to another parent they told us management came screaming a them using bad word. Regards of them parking in a space which look like parking as multiple vehicles were parked there with no sign saying no parking. We ask for a few extra minutes on our check out do to the olympic hockey game canada vs usa. She wasn't pleasant to talk to, told us she wasnt giving much time and she didnt want us all watching the game in the lobby. Hopefully management could take an early retirement and hire someone with good customer service.
- STShannon TessierFeb 4, 20264.0Convenient location off the highway. This was truly the cleanest most upkept hotel I've ever stayed in, including some rather upscale luxury places. The beds were probably the most comfortable, too. Free breakfast had good variety. Pool and hot tub were fun for the kids. The room (suite) was spacious but not a full kitchenette - was quite tiny and no cutlery, plates, etc like some provide. Gym had only cardio equipment, no free weights or balls. Unfortunately does not allow dogs. Would stay again if in area.

If ever that way again, would definitely stay there! Especially since our 1 bedroom suite cost less than a regular room with 2 queen beds at the Waterfront Inn!

À éviter, hotel tres mal entretenu, pas digne de Hilton.
