  The renovation of this building and its rooms were wonderful! The beds were so comfortable, excellent shower pressure, and luxurious bedding. I travel a lot for work, and this has been a top level experience.

  One of our friend’s rooms smelled strongly like urine from the moment we walked in to the point that we had to request a room change. In our room the towels had black mold spots, the sink countertop had hair and paper residue, the bed sheets had brown stains, and there were used tissues under the bed. Overall, the level of cleanliness was unacceptable. I believe the pictures speak for themselves.

  Be careful booking this hotel if you plan to have more than 2 guests. A few days after our stay, I received a random call from the manager saying I had uninvited guests in my room (they were just friends briefly visiting, and only me and my friend were staying overnight), and I was told I could no longer extend my stay. I was still allowed to stay for my current booking, but after that call I felt very uncomfortable and ended up checking out early the day before I got evacuated. I’ve never had this experience before. Being told this on short notice in the middle of the afternoon, right after checkout time had passed, made the situation even more stressful, and I wasn’t able to get a refund for the night I didn’t stay. I had to move elsewhere. The first night was also very uncomfortable. I was given an accessible room with only one queen bed, so my friend had to sleep on the sofa. The toilet was flooding throughout the night, and the shower was partially broken. I honestly wish I had asked for a refund at that point before being moved to a different room. I will say the front desk lady was kind and also gave me a breakfast voucher for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. She was the only positive part of the stay. Aside from that, the overall experience was still very uncomfortable. The pillows were very flat, and I woke up with a stiff neck. One of the most uncomfortable stays I’ve had, and I’m glad I won’t be returning.
