  I don’t usually leave reviews, but the customer service here really stood out. Eline at the front desk was amazing—so sweet and welcoming. I had some issues with other front desk staff earlier due to their attitude and unwillingness to help, but Eline completely turned my experience around. Room service was also excellent. The same staff member working alongside Eline today was incredibly kind and helpful. I asked her to change the garbage and towels, and she didn’t hesitate at all. She even let me know I could reach out if I needed anything else. Overall, the room was clean, and thanks to the great service, my stay was much better.

  The only issue which I reported but opted not have corrected was that the water from the tub leaked. Being a single guy, I just closed the door to drown out the sound. I had bought stuff for the fridge so I didn't want the chance to be relocated ti a new room because of that and the fact I had unpacked my clothes for my 4 night stay (I did laundry the f8nal night of my stay). Other customers might not like a leaky faucet but I dud remind the front desk staff it needed to be fixed.

  I would like to say I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. We stayed there from Thursday night to Saturday for OVA Provincials that were being held in Toronto (Enercare Centre). The rooms were very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable, and bonus they had great soap, shampoo and conditioner (DOVE). The hotel overall seemed well kept and the staff were very friendly. My daughter and I are celiac and the one lady in the kitchen, she knew exactly what was safe for us to eat, and the one day had mentioned the sausage patties were not gluten free, so she made us fresh bacon instead and had it ready for when we came down. She offered to bring in gluten free bread if we wanted (we were there for 2 nights). Very accommodating! I would absolutely stay here again if needed, and would highly recommend this hotel!

  When we got there i had booked with a debit visa card we weren’t allowed to check in and were told that they only accept major cards. When i said why didnt it say that on ihg they said well that is a them problem not mine huh. Then were told that we had to still pay for the room that we were past room cancel time and then when i finally changed to a card that i got a massive fee for using i got checked in for more than what it said on site with no assistance there. Then in a room stating sleeps 5 there was 2 towels we had to run down to get more they refused to bring up, also pull out bed no blanket or pillow again had to run down to get those. Then asked where ice was they said all floors nope 2 of the floors dont have them. No room cleaning despite me requesting the morning of 3rd day. Then i got blamed when card didnt work. Overall bad experience will never stay there again!

  Recently stayed at this hotel for an event in Mississauga. I don't think anyone in our entire party had a decent night sleep in the 5+ nights we stayed here. The noise on all five floors was the worst I have ever experienced and for someone who has stayed in hundreds of hotels, that's a bold statement. I have never called the front desk to complain about excessive noise however, I called them four separate times in one night, with no resolution. Numerous complaints were filed by members of our party, along with other guests that we encountered in the hallways the following morning. Our room was cleaned only the one night, despite keeping our room extremely tidy. Beds weren't made and garbage was only emptied twice during our stay. Pillows smelled terrible and the hotel was frequently lacking towels due to the high volume of guests. Upon checking out, not a single person was asked about their stay, which was probably intentional as they would have likely known what the feedback would be.
