All you need - nothing more, or nothing less.
A value for money airport hotel located 15 minutes from the airport.
Smooth airport shuttle bus to the hotel (and the other way as well).
Really great service. Smiling and helpful staff.
I’m still impressed by the waffle and pancakes machines 😂
The room was really nice. Huge king size bed.
You get, what you pay for + smiling faces (without any extra charge). At a very affordable price.
We enjoyed our stay.

My stay at Tru by Hilton Toronto Airport West was a fantastic experience from the moment I walked through the doors. The reception desk is positioned right at the main entrance, immediately welcoming guests as they arrive. The staff were quick, cheerful, and genuinely friendly, creating an inviting first impression that set the tone for the entire stay.
The lobby area is modern, bright, and thoughtfully designed with updated furniture that makes the space feel warm and comfortable rather than transactional. There are plenty of areas to relax, socialize, watch TV, or simply unwind, giving the hotel a strong sense of community — something you don’t often feel while traveling. It truly creates a vibe where you feel connected, even while away from home.
The rooms were equally impressive: clean, updated, and colourful in a way that feels fresh and energizing. Unlike many hotels that can feel sterile or hospital-like, the design here is vibrant and welcoming, making the space enjoyable to come back to after a long day.
Overall, Tru by Hilton Toronto Airport West delivers a modern, comfortable, and friendly hotel experience with great energy, excellent staff, and stylish accommodations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area
I would like to share my recent experience at the hotel. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the behavior of some staff members. They were speaking very loudly to guests and the tone felt rude rather than polite or professional. Good customer service should always be calm and respectful.
In particular, one employee named Riddhi was speaking extremely loudly, which made the environment uncomfortable. I kindly suggest that management address this matter and guide the staff on maintaining a polite and professional tone while interacting with guests.
Additionally, instead of discussing concerns in front of guests, it would be better if management speaks with the employees privately or over a call.
I hope this feedback is taken positively to help improve the guest experience.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Tru by Hilton Toronto Airport West. I specifically booked this hotel after reading positive reviews and seeing on their website that complimentary parking and shuttle service were offered. However, upon check-in, I was suddenly informed that they do not offer complimentary parking for park-and-fly stays — apparently it only applies to the single night you stay at the hotel. This is incredibly misleading and should be clearly stated on the website.
Honestly, why advertise an airport shuttle if long-term parking isn’t included? That’s the entire reason many travelers book airport hotels.
To make matters worse, all of this information was given after I had already checked in. Had I known beforehand, I would have accepted a cancellation fee and stayed somewhere else.
When I raised my concerns with the front desk associate, Manik, he offered what he called an “exception,” which was simply paying $15 + tax per night for parking. This situation felt frustrating and poorly communicated from the start.
Now onto the shuttle, the hotel offers a shuttle but they don’t inform you it runs every hour for drop offs, when requesting pick up…be warned, they’ll say the shuttle is 30mins out, it usually takes longer than that, so be prepared to wait. The shuttle picks up from terminal 1 and 3, depending on where there are people waiting. In my case, I was picked up at terminal 3, we then headed to terminal 1 to pick up some more guests, which makes sense. After those pickups for some odd reason, we needed to go back to terminal 3 to pick up more guests…except the guests weren’t there so we went out of our way for nothing, I think the hotel needs a new system to communicate with the shuttle driver, because he seemed annoyed in the situation as well. The shuttle which should’ve took 30mins to make its rounds took over an hour…me along with another guest were very frustrated.
This experience felt misleading and lacked transparency — something travelers rely on when booking airport accommodations. I will not be staying here again and strongly recommend future guests confirm parking policies in writing and review shuttle information before booking.

Tru by Hilton Toronto Pearson Airport is an excellent hotel for transit stays. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and offers hourly shuttle transportation to and from the airport, which is a big advantage.
The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, as was the entire room — everything was spotless and very well maintained. All the essentials needed for a comfortable stay are provided.
In the morning, guests can enjoy breakfast, and coffee and tea are available throughout the day, which is especially appreciated when traveling at unusual hours.
The hotel staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Special recognition goes to Ms. Lovepreet at the front desk, who was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and supportive, making the stay even more pleasant.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone in transit who needs a comfortable and relaxing place to rest near Toronto Pearson Airport
