  This is a basic decent hotel next to the highway and reasonably priced. Staff was polite and breakfast covered the basics. I wanted to say thank you for providing me with a basic warm shower which I could not get from your hilton neighbor on the other side of the highway the night before. I had a peaceful night.

  We recently stayed in this hotel. I met Arman who is a great guy and seemed like a gentleman. He is courteous, diligent, friendly and was readily available to help when needed. Prithwi provided a welcoming and outstanding check-in service. He also went out of his way to make necessary adjustments to ensure that our food was well preserved. He was very polite and helpful. Both Arman and Prithwi provided excellent service with a smile on their faces and made our stay comfortable. The only downside about the hotel though, is that there is no hot food at all, apart from bagels, boiled eggs, cereal, yoghurt, sometimes a few apple, banana and orange. There is also no bread available at this hotel. That being said, Alicia, the breakfast staff was very friendly and awesome with a smile on her face each morning that helped brighten my day. These members of staff service is commendable, and we will definitely stay again due to the welcoming and friendly service. I highly recommend this hotel.

  We came to watch curling this week and we had a great stay. For starters, the communication before arrival was excellent and helped us choose the right room. Upon arrival, the digital key was actually working which was amazing. The room was spacious and fresh and did not not have carpet which is a smart move especially during winter months but just in general. Tv controls worked from the app which is so cool. Everything inside the room was clean and fresh, evidently this hotel has been recently renovated. Then breakfast was really lovely. The staff was super attentive both with preparing tables and filling up items once they run out. Seriously, I’ve not seen this mix dedication to guest experience and such a hands on approach in a while in a breakfast buffet. The offerings were simple but fresh and tasty and honestly that just means I won’t overeat in all the unnecessary ways so I felt great after breakfast. We left the hotel refreshed and in great moods to watch some more curling at the athletic centre nearby. Thanks for taking such good care of us. I’m sure we will be back!
