To find the soul of a hotel, look no further than its front desk. It is the pulse point, the first note of the welcome symphony, and at Sparks by Hilton, that note is flawlessly held by Amira.
Her service is a masterclass in the subtle arts of hospitality. From the moment of arrival, Amira possesses a rare ability to project both impeccable efficiency and profound, attentive calm. The check-in process was not a transaction, but an arrival—swift, seamless, and infused with a sincerity that immediately dispels the anonymity of travel.
Her true gift lies in anticipatory care. She listens with a focus that catches the unspoken—a slight fatigue, a curiosity about the neighborhood, a need for quiet. In response, her suggestions are never generic; they are thoughtfully curated, whether it was directing me to a perfect, secluded nook to work or recommending a local gem that fit my exact mood. It is intelligence applied to kindness.
Amira manages the controlled chaos of the lobby with the quiet authority of an orchestra conductor. She possesses a preternatural calm that seems to settle the space around her, making every guest feel individually seen while effortlessly managing the whole. A minor room preference was not just noted but remembered and acted upon with a follow-up that felt considerate, not procedural.
In an era where human interaction can feel increasingly automated, Amira is a powerful testament to the irreplaceable value of genuine connection. She embodies the "spark" in Sparks by Hilton—not as a flashy gimmick, but as a steady, warm glow of professionalism and empathetic intelligence. She doesn't just represent the hotel; through her dignified and insightful service, she becomes its most defining and excellent feature.
My stay was made distinctly better because of her. She is, without reservation, an asset to your team and the very best of what hospitality strives to be.

A great choice for anyone visiting the GTA. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It is well connected, located near the highway, and easy to access, which made getting around very convenient. There are plenty of food options nearby, adding to the comfort of the stay. The managers were always available, very helpful, and supportive throughout the stay. Overall, a lovely experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

During my stay, there was an unexpected issue when I arrived to check in, I had arrived much early due to a scheduling mix-up after a flight. I was tired and stressed, but the hotel staff handled the situation exceptionally well. They were incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating, offering me a temporary space to rest, keeping me updated, and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. They even helped with my luggage and checked in on me personally during the stay. Their calm, helpful attitude turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a very positive experience. I’m truly grateful for the staff’s professionalism and care, and it says a lot about the hotel’s commitment to its guests. 10/10 recommended.

We suffered a terrible act in which our family's car was stolen. When we were in the state of shock and totally devastated, we really needed some local help and guidance. No one was shown any sympathy from the hotel management. We were constantly told by the staff that this is a common occurrence and chance of retrieving the vehicle was pretty bleak. It is not brainer that customer service is all about providing assurance and offer any help. The manager also took his sweet time following up with us on this matter when every second mattered.
At once instance, when weighing possibilities, I asked the hotel's supervisor on duty for local or the hotel's designated towing company name. None was provided and in fact, she had absolutely no idea. None of the staff offered no additional assistance and just spit out what hotel can OR cant do due based on their policy.
I wouldn't recommend this location as this accommodation is hugely lacking safety, trust and competent staff/management. These are major factors for travelers like me who traveling outside of Canada. We decided to leave the same night out of fear and will neither consider this location nor this accommodation facility.
Stay at your own Risk
My car was stolen from the Hilton property in Mississauga while I was a registered guest. This happened on hotel premises, where guests reasonably expect security and basic protection.
What made this experience far worse was the hotel’s response. Management refused to provide security camera footage, claiming it was “tampered,” despite there being no visible explanation or transparency around this claim. No effort was made to show concern, assist proactively, or meaningfully support me during or after the incident.
The lack of cooperation from the hotel, combined with minimal progress from authorities, made me feel completely helpless. Instead of support, I was met with deflection and indifference. For a brand like Hilton, this level of negligence and unwillingness to assist in a serious crime is unacceptable.
I strongly urge future guests to reconsider staying here, especially if you plan to park a vehicle on the property. Guest safety and accountability appear to be severely lacking.
