    I only live 5km away from this hotel but wanted to have a special night without kids with my wife so i booked this hotel for valentines day. Biggest mistake! I had a clogged shower( wasn't draining(picture attached) water above my ankles) and a shower with one would say room temperature (It was not even to the level of warm where I could stay in there and have a shower) so i had to hop out and call the front desk around 7-8pm? The temperature and even the clog would not be tolerable for 99% of people but this hotel seems to have low to no standards. Some man in snow shoes and a jacket (Desmond?) with a housekeeping lady came in. He said he would fix the clog but the temperature is this way because the hotel is busy. I took him for his word and he went to get tools and then unclogged it adding another 30 minutes because i couldn't get ready while this was all going on. My wife went in the shower and said she couldnt tolerate it. I wasted all this time and had to get hot water from the sink(which was magically working just fine) and made me miss my reservation and i had to find a new restaurtant because of course valentines day is very busy. I ended up going to Boston pizza instead of the keg and it just ruined our night. The next morning the water was still cold at 930 am and also at 1130 am so then I called the front desk and said I need to figure out if im crazy or not so I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with carolyn who said she cant leave her desk at all and I would have to wait for about 30 minutes for the maintenance man to come as he was out. So in comes amelio to the room and he verifies that I am not crazy and there is a boiler issue or something. I asked him if paying customers deserve better than this and he did say yes but Carolyn didnt seem to care and I barely got a sorry out of her. One would think even an offer of some compensation or maybe a place I could get a warm shower would have been nice but she had no sympathy so I didnt even bother to ask myself. I thought there was some homewood guarantee but she didn't care so not even worth asking. Thanks to this useless hotel who does not sincerely care about its guests and to make up for a not so great valentines day I booked another night next door at Hilton spark which was cheaper and ive attached the receipt just to show because i am still loyal to hilton. At least I had a hot shower since it had been a while since I had one. I cant believe I stayed in a place like this which tries to give you a fancy breakfast but can't provide a basic shower. I was in room 100 which is next to the elevators which make noise when in use(made a video). I wish management would actually look at this and do something because it did effect my sleep but based on my experience don't expect too much or anything from this place. Its easy to take people's money but at least give them some value in return. Not a cold shower and employees who don't really care. This is the first time in a hotel stay where I've learned the names of 3 employees. I know this review won't make much difference to you but you definitely ruined our night and i had to book 2 hotel nights even though i only live 5 km away and ask for some more babysitting help. Thanks again for ruining our valentines day. It was our first miserable experience of this kind as a married couple on a valentines day.

    All in all it's a pretty good place to stay and we would go back. However we arrived near midnight in a car and there was no place to park. Apparently the sister property that shares the parking lot was doing "park and fly"....there were lots of cars that had been there for a long time judging by the snow on them. There was no where else around to park. When I complained the front desk lady told me that she saw that someone was leaving in 5 min so I went outside and waited and finally got a parking spot but the whole situation is far from acceptable.

    Our breakfast experience at Homewood Suites by Hilton was excellent. The hot breakfast was well prepared and fresh, featuring scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, tater tots, and a nice selection of fruits. Everything was well organized and replenished on time, creating a very pleasant start to the day. The attentive and welcoming service truly stood out, and special thanks to Govinda, the Food & Beverage Manager, for his professionalism and genuine care for guests. The stay in itself was relaxing and the property is clean and well kept.
