  We really enjoyed staying at the HOMEWOOD suites in Mississauga Toronto Canada. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. The room was pleasant with all amenities. When visiting the Toronto area again, we will return home to this location. Alma, George, Elizabeth and Maryellen at the front desk, are a few to name of their suburb service. The guys cleaning ladies were equally wonderful and attentive. Blessings to this location always.

  I booked an accessible room at this hotel for my cousin, Mohamed , who visiting on November 11th and requires full mobility assistance and an oxygen tank. I called Hilton directly to make the reservation and clearly explained that he is disabled, needs a wheelchair, and must have an accessibility-equipped room close to an elevator. When we arrived, the hotel informed us they do not have any wheelchairs available, despite my explicit request. The only note they received from Hilton said “wheelchair if available.” If Hilton could not guarantee a wheelchair, I should have been told ahead of time so I could book a hotel that actually accommodates accessibility needs. Instead, my cousin—who cannot walk unaided—was forced to sit on an office chair while I pushed him to the room. It was humiliating for him and deeply upsetting to witness. Accessibility requests are not optional conveniences—they’re essential. This experience was extremely disappointing and completely avoidable. I will be sharing this publicly so future guests with accessibility needs know what to expect. To make matters worse, the so-called “accessible” room assigned to us was located at the far end of the hallway, the complete opposite of what accessibility is supposed to mean. An accessible room should be near the elevator by default, not at the longest walking distance. These are not optional requests; they are requirements for people with disabilities.

  We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and could not have been more comfortable. The rooms were so nice and clean and each staff member we encountered was so pleasant and kind. Peter, the GM, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and we are so thankful! We know where we’ll be staying next time we’re in town - see you soon!

  Absolutely outstanding service at this hotel, led by the exceptional General Manager Peter. I wish I could give 10 stars! From the moment you walk in through the lobby, the welcoming atmosphere continues with a delicious breakfast and a beautifully maintained hotel room. The friendly staff, dressed in sharp uniforms, exudes professionalism and warmth. Despite being a limited-service hotel, they treat guests like we're at a full-service hotel. I definitely plan to return—this experience has made a lasting impression, and I can't wait to make more memories in Mississauga. Highly recommended and already looking forward to my next stay!

  I haven’t stayed at this Hilton property before but would like to recommend the hotel to anyone coming to Mississauga. The room I had was clean, well stocked with clean towels, soap and even had soap for the in room dishwasher. The staff Alma and Roger in the breakfast area were kind, friendly and for the entire part of my stay the food was delicious. Especially the fresh baked blueberry muffins. Salamat Po. The tables were promptly cleaned after guests were finished their breakfast. The coffee was fresh and hot and the flavoured water was a treat during the day in the lobby. The hallway to the room was clean, the outside area was kept tidy and the windows were clean. The front desk staff throughout the stay always greeted me as I came in and left when at the desk. I used the business centre wireless photocopier to make a few copies which prepared me for my meeting. Overall I would give the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Mississauga a 5 star rating. When I come back to the area, it will be my first choice.
