  Great hotel. Staff was lovely and our room was large and comfy, especially like the little couch. Neither electrical outlet worked in the bathroom, even after pressing the GFI reset button and there were no recycle bins in the room. Other than that, great stay.

  State over here for one night for work the next morning. The location was fantastic as I had an EV and there was a nearby Tesla charging station just off the highway 401. The hotel is undergoing some renovations, and I think you'll look pretty decent once the refresh is done. The rooms are already refreshed, as you can see the photos. Very comfortable and clean. Fitness center is well equipped. Service was fantastic. I had a lead check out at 1:00 p.m. and then I had a meeting shortly thereafter, and they let me stay in the comment area upstairs for as long as I needed to conduct my meeting.

  Well it's very hard to say is the rooms were nice but they're under construction and when we made our reservation via the phone we weren't told that and from 9:00 to 5:00 they said they'll be the construction noise it was very very dusty very very loud The dining room's downstairs so there's no use of the downstairs really one elevator is completely stripped down inside so it was very unattractive and very dusty and dirty then when I came back from our outing for the day it was 8:00 at night and they were still working away even though we're told they're shut down at 5:00 so the information was not good and it was sad that we had to pay that kind of money for that noise and the dustiness was really bad cuz you had sawdust dirt smells even though they're trying to keep it clean it was bad.. I would recommend staying away until the renovations are done in the lobby and the elevator if you're disabled it's hard to get in

  Absolutely THE BEST service I have ever received. They were upgrading the main level but we never heard any noise. The staff were all so approachable and very helpful. I definitely will be using this hotel again!!
