We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon, and unfortunately our experience was nothing like what we hoped for. From the moment we arrived, there was constant noise in the hallways — people screaming, children crying, and loud conversations late into the night. Early in the morning, someone was even playing loud music, which made it impossible to rest.
What made it worse is that it felt like there was no management supervision at all. No one seemed to be addressing the noise issues or ensuring a peaceful environment for guests.
Our honeymoon night turned into a nightmare as we kept waking up every couple of hours. What should have been a special and relaxing stay ended up being stressful and exhausting.
I truly hope the hotel improves their management and enforces quiet hours so other guests don’t go through the same experience.

Place under construction, noisy and dusty. Difficult to find parking but otherwise a nice hotel if you can deal with the construction and parking in the back by garbage containers and construction materials...

The hotel has some renovation ongoing. While check-in they mentioned there will be some sound from 9 am -5 pm. It was a horrible experience because there was terrific sound since 8 am . Which felt like the hammer is hitting on your head. We were staying with our 8 months old baby and even after informing at the front desk, they said they can’t do anything. They agreed to late check out. But doesn’t compensate as it left us with headache. And specially my child got so much disturbed. It’s not good for a baby to have splitted sleeps due to sound. I wish I could get my full refund.

Really great location right off the 401. Was super easy to get in and out. Beds were very comfortable, the soap in dispensers was a really nice touch. I'm a huge fan of the shower, no tub in the room I had. The TV was a good size and I had no problem connecting my laptop to it. Lighting is usually a problem with most hotels but not here, plenty of light. The only drawback was the breakfast is a paid continental style, which was not worth the $13. The room service food was better, and the construction late into the evening made it annoying one of the nights.

I checked in at 9 pm and the room I was given was not even close to being clean and ready for the next customer.
The hotel staff gave me another room which still had a subpar bathroom; clogged sink and you could see stains on the counter that weren't cleaned up properly. The bed was comfortable and clean.
Thankfully I only stayed for 8h but this hotel really tarnished the Holiday Inn brand for me.
