    I booked this stay through Expedia and even called the hotel reception in advance to confirm that breakfast was included. However, when we went to the breakfast area in the morning, we were told that breakfast was not included and that we had to pay an extra $12. This was very disappointing, especially since we had confirmed it beforehand. Clear and accurate information should be provided to guests to avoid such situations.

    We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon, and unfortunately our experience was nothing like what we hoped for. From the moment we arrived, there was constant noise in the hallways — people screaming, children crying, and loud conversations late into the night. Early in the morning, someone was even playing loud music, which made it impossible to rest. What made it worse is that it felt like there was no management supervision at all. No one seemed to be addressing the noise issues or ensuring a peaceful environment for guests. Our honeymoon night turned into a nightmare as we kept waking up every couple of hours. What should have been a special and relaxing stay ended up being stressful and exhausting. I truly hope the hotel improves their management and enforces quiet hours so other guests don’t go through the same experience.
