  Worse holiday inn I went to so far.room 429 tub was dirty and disgusting.room itself was ok but not the best i have seen.pool was so cold.check out Clark was unpleasant not helpful.book it and sure it i will never ever stay there again.and i will spread the news as much as i can

  I booked a stay at Holiday Inn Express airport location Toronto last month. My check-in process was ok, It was in the middle of a snow storm. The parking lot was not ploughed properly, the lobby was soppy, and the front desk was not the warmest. To cut to the chase, we had a problem with our room the next day and reported it to the front desk. This is when we met Rosa. She was well trained, she listened without judgement, she empathized, and she went above and beyond to make the situation right. At that point, we felt like we made the right decision to stay at this location. We were Marriott locals, but for our last 5 stays in North America we chose IHG. I recommend that Rosa be recognized by management for her commitment to customer service excellence. I hope to return one day and see her in a management role. Bravo, Rosa.

  Horrible. Do not recommend at all! I booked through a third party provider for sleep, park, fly weeks in advance. When I got to the hotel I was told they could not locate my reservation despite me showing them my confirmation from the third party. The ended up charging me $150 more than my actual reservation to stay as all other hotels in the area were booked solid!!! The staff was completely rude and unprofessional. The room is very old looking and smelled bad. Bathroom was dirty. I was only parked for 6 hours when my car was stolen out of the parking lot. When I told the staff that my car was stolen moments ago (as my app still showed my car on the move), the staff was un phased. In fact, the response was “ok, we will refund you the parking portion of your reservation”! I also overheard other people complaining about their reservation through third parties “disappearing!!” Stay away!!!

  The front desk told me that my reservation from third party was cancelled and charged more for the room. Also, the room was smelly. And the worst part was how they handled a customer’s stolen vehicle from their parking lot that night. Do not go there ! Avoid avoid avoid

  HORRIBLE. I called to ask for a price of the cheapest room they had. I was told $160. I said I would call back. I did a few minutes later, and now, talking to someone else, the cheapest room they have is $141. Okay.. I gave my credit card number and booked it. While I was waiting, I checked booking.com and it was $30 cheaper on booking.com which I thought was crazy. I didn't think it would be cheaper on a secondary site. It should be the cheapest directly from the hotel but it definitely wasn't. Then waited a whole hour for the shuttle. Finally got to my room. Not very nice, but whatever. Then I turn on the tap in the bathroom and the sink starts to quickly fill up with water, even though the drain is fully open. You can see in the picture the stagnant water in the sink after seriously only a few seconds of having the tap on. Severely clogged, which makes it disgusting trying to wash your face or brush your teeth because you get the dirty water splashing back at you because it's hardly moving down the drain. Then people in the room next to me move in and I can hear every little noise they make. It is like there is no wall whatsoever between us. They are talking at a reasonable level but I hear everything like I am right beside them which is a disturbing privacy issue. I definitely would NOT recommend staying here. I wish I hadn't. Just after 1:00 a.m. the fire alarm goes off and we have to head down to the lobby waiting for the firefighters to turn off the alarm. So no sleep for me tonight in this crap hotel. Am I going to get a refund? Probably not 😡
