Wallpaper is to cover water damage. Smells like feet in the rooms. Carpet is lifting. Toilet feels like it’s going to fall off the floor. It’s a dump. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had!

Requested another room, advised not possible fully booked, offered 10% compensation and then given $40 credit for my 2 night stay. The staff lacks customer service, no warm greetings upon arrival or any real form of desire to address concerns. The bed was very comfy and the breakfast was good. Overall I can overlook things not working but I can't overlook poor customer service.

The shower water pressure was extremely low. Excellent for "noise reduction". On the same note, the bathroom didn't lock!!! Amazing for a shared room!!! We even found various species of bugs. Excellent for the room's biodiversity!!! The mini fridge was warm. Excellent if you like a touch if mold for added flavor Since it's next to the airport, you'll be delighted to learn that you'll get to hear all the loud engines at 3 am!! Perfect for airplane enthusiasts!!! To conclude this had the most stunning view!!:

L'établissement n'a proposé aucun dédommagement et Booking ne donne aucune suite à cette fraude. Sur place : la température dans les couloirs est glaciale ! Nous avions une chambre communicante et malheureusement pour nous, la dame nous a partagé sa conversation téléphonique ainsi que ses ébats toute la nuit... En bref, entre Toronto et Niagara Falls, ça dépanne.
