  Our experience at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. The staff provided outstanding customer service. Our flight was leaving at 7:00 p.m., and they kindly offered us a complimentary late check-out until 1:00 p.m., which we truly appreciated. They also stored our luggage so we could go out to eat nearby without any worries. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a great variety and very well organized. At the front desk, Ruja provided excellent, friendly, and professional service. The airport shuttle to and from the hotel was punctual, making our stay even more convenient. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

  I ordered a double queen room and when I got here the front desk told me they only had a one king bed room. As a family of 4 I said no, that was not feasible and not what I reserved. I waited a few minutes and they corrected it. The rooms are super small and dark with minimal lighting in the room. My washroom is dirty with soap and grime and build up. The ceiling has food or something on it. We asked for extra pillows, but they only brought one. We had to ask for more. The worst thing though is the pool. The actual pool room is FREEZING. You’re basically outside it feels. The room stood at 2 degrees Celsius and there were no towels. We spoke to someone twice about the pool room being so uncomfortably cold and finally a maintenance employee came in, looked at the thermostat, didn’t touch it, walked out of the room and never returned. As they walked away, my family and other guests asked him if he was coming back but he never replied. We stayed in the hot tub for 15 mins and left.

  Room was clean. Bed was comfy and pillows were decent. Check in went smoothly and it was handy that they had a board with all the flights, just like at the airport. No blow drier, but the shampoos, lotions, etc, were good quality and plentiful. Room was simple but good size (king suite). I would stay again, price was decent considering it was the holidays. One photo attached of previous water damage... didnt affect us, but they clearly have had issues in the past. Traffic was loud, but again, not their fault. Location is good and had a Montanna's and Kelseys within walking distance.

  It's a convinient stay if you need to access the airport easily. The rooms are standard, and relatively clean. They have complimentary breakfast which is pretty good. I only have issue with the customer service. The people at the counter never seem ready to help. Even after I checked out I sent multiple emails to the front desk about a refund for my security deposit that went unanswered. They only replied once I asked for help from the main Holiday Inn on Twitter and they asked this hotel to reply my emails. I find it very unfortunate that they wouldn't bother to reply my emails or even help without being prompted by their superiors. Otherwise a mention to the airport shuttle driver, I didn't catch his name but he was very helpful and kind.

  Terrible experience. My parents stayed one night during a flight connection at the Toronto Airport and used the shuttle service. They informed the night before they needed to stay at the airport again at 6am next day, and the front desk attendant (a guy from India) not only did not schedule the shuttle for them, but was extremely rude and unsympathetic with them for not speaking English. My mom was using a translation device and this person was not even trying to communicate with her. First time they visit Canada and were treated with such a xenophobic and racist tone. Not to mention that they informed they needed an early breakfast and received a bag with a Banana, an Apple and a juice. We ended up calling an Uber for them. Never will be back.
