We had a lovely stay for 2 nights, the rooms are well appointed with very comfortable beds & ample pillow selection!
The hotel is very clean and the staff were super friendly. San & Laksn at the front desk, our housekeeper & the 2 ladies working in the dining room for breakfast were so friendly & welcoming.

My family and I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Upon arrival, we were greeted by John and Sam, who were very pleasant and welcoming. They even gave us additional towels. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location is excellent, as it is close to many grocery stores. Breakfast was good as well. The price is very reasonable for the quality of service we received. Highly recommended.

First off, the front desk staff both John and Laksm we encountered were courteous and made sure our questions and needs were addressed. Both our rooms were super clean and well maintained. Kudos to the breakfast staff who dealt with a lot of people because of the holiday season but kept their cool and continued to replenish breakfast items with a smile. The hotel location is great and was equidistant from most places we wanted to visit. All in all our 4 days stay here was pleasant and would choose this location for any future visits.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well designed, and the breakfast offered a good selection. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. John and Laksh in particular, as well as Sam the other staff members, went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Overall, a great experience!

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations due to multiple issues related to room conditions and customer service.
The Wi-Fi was not working in my room. When I contacted the front desk for assistance, I was told, “maybe the room doesn’t like you,” which I found extremely unprofessional. I had to go to the front desk two to three times regarding the same issue, yet it remained unresolved.
Additionally, the bathroom sink was not draining properly, causing water to back up, and the room had an unpleasant odor throughout my stay.
I was also given conflicting information by front desk staff regarding hotel policies. When I asked the evening staff member, John, whether drinks could be charged to the room deposit, he stated that this was not allowed. However, the following morning, another front desk agent informed me that drinks could, in fact, be charged to the room. This inconsistency reflects a lack of proper training and communication among staff.
I strongly believe the front desk team requires additional training to ensure professional behavior and consistent representation of hotel policies. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return to this hotel.
