  Commending Sam and Sherryl for their initiative in helping us with getting coins required to operate the washing machine and dryer. They proactively offered assistance and followed up promptly.

  Forgot my keys in my room and reached out to the receptionist desk. Sherryl and Laksh helped me immediately with a new card key. Both of them were so helpful and I enjoyed my stay. Lovely guys till I return again.

  The gentleman working the front desk at the North Sheridan hotel was top notch. John Lak Guest Services Rep. This man very helpful with directions and was very helpful in finding a excellent restaurant for us to enjoy a great dinner. His pleasant and friendly well being is something I wont forget about my stay here. Thanks John !! See ya next time, maybe we can go sky diving at the indoor place.

  We have had the pleasure of staying on this property three times in the last 10 months! And recognized by the front desk staff on all three occasions! They have been very accommodating with late check out and leaving our car in their lot for doctor’s appointments. We would love to highlight the lovely customer service from Laksh who has been at the desk for all three visits and Sam H. who was very pleasant! In addition, Elaine, the Customer Service Associate, was an absolute gem! Elaine accommodated our request for late checkout and reassured us that our vehicle could remain until we returned from our medical appointment. The room was very clean and updated! This property is close to great restaurants and in a residential neighbourhood. We highly recommend this Holiday Inn on N. Sheridan Way in Mississauga! Thank You!

  Amazing Service Experience! Extraordinary customer experience describes my stay. The experience with Maqueen on the reservation. I contacted her to ensure a package being delivered before my check-in could be accepted. Yes, the package will be accepted and held until my arrival I was assured. Sam and John were stellar with check-in process welcoming me like a long lost friend. Elaine, in reception, always expressed welcome interest about my daily plans, cautioning me being prepared for the cold weather. Laksay was consistently checking in with me to ensure Ibhad the best stay ever! Joseph, in the breakfast area, always had a warm smile and friendly greeting. Wally, the housekeeping manager, secured a kettle for me so I could enjoy making my daily fresh french press coffee. The women cleaning my room were equally amazing. I wish I had asked for their name. Everyone in this hotel is sincerely committed to an extraordinary customer experience! Thank you for the most fabulous stay!!!
