    Great hotel overall—comfortable beds, nice amenities, spacious main lobby, next to many conference rooms, has a pool, a gym, and a restaurant, plenty of mysterious corridors. Enough parking space outside. Reliable room service (they changed towels every day 👍) A few caveats: - Rooms aren't that soundproof - I could hear outside noises when all of the balcony doors are closed, which makes it hard to sleep - Some elevators were not functioning, so waiting for a long time for an elevator to come was common

    Jackuline was so pleasant to me. She restocked my room and made my bed in a very timely manner while I worked remotely in the room. Her smile and professionalism were both noted and I am glad to have interacted with her. She provided is me with useful information and is definitely an asset to the Hilton Family.

    Had a great stay here a few weeks ago. Kamran at the front desk was incredibly kind and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make my stay a good experience. Excellent customer service! Rooms were clean, though I wish the tubs were a bit more modern (I prefer a glass shower). Other than that, my stay was great.

    KAM at the front desk was very pleasant to deal with. He welcomed me on New Year's Eve with a smile and great energy. He is also quite funny and has a great view on life. A wonderful person to have working at this location sincerely from #904. ELSA one of the house staff was amazing to deal with. Her smile warmed the room and she ensured my needs were quickly met. We had engaged in some small talk and welcomed me to visit again, I'd definitely come.back to thia location #1404.

    This was a truely terrible experience. We arrived with others on a cancelled flight and waited for two hours just to get checked in. There was no apology for the wait. The next morning we were not given a late check out despite spending half the night waiting for our room. We proceeded to order room service and we told that despite being a normal business day, the hotel restaurant was completely closed through our entire stay even though we were not told this upon booking or at check in. In addition the staff were comfortable with the lack of services, and were indifferent when you expressed frustration. The rooms have clearly not been maintained as the balcony access is sealed to prevent using the balcony and this is likely safety related as the door handle fell off upon touching it. This is a cash cow business with no customer service, beware!
