I would not suggest staying in the south tower the carpets were coming off the floor and the coffee was missing in the room. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable though.

Nice rooms, comfortable beds. Stayed here for a hockey tournament and have stayed here in the past prior to flying out of Pearson.
Restaurant is good and the Chef actually came out during service to see how diners were enjoying their meals.
Hotel has nice conference areas as well.
Parking was not a problem.

I had an exceptional experience at the Hilton Mississauga/Meadowvale. Kamran at the front desk immediately set the tone with outstanding customer service. He was professional, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. His attention to detail and genuine care made a lasting impression.
The experience continued at the restaurant where Devinee and Joe were equally impressive. They were attentive, friendly, and made the dining experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Their professionalism and positive energy truly elevated the entire visit.
Both Kamran, Devinee, and Joe represent the very best in hospitality. I left extremely happy and genuinely impressed.”

We stayed at the Meadowvale Hilton for a staycation and were extremely disappointed. The rooms were just okay and the location was convenient, but that’s where the positives end. We chose this hotel specifically for the water slide for our kids, yet on multiple occasions there were no towels at the pool despite supposed towel service.
Because of a snowstorm, we were forced to eat at the hotel restaurant three times. The $24 pizza tasted exactly like a cooked DiGiorno frozen pizza. Dinner was a $28 steak and blue cheese salad that was small, bland, and completely unremarkable — nothing special at all and nowhere near worth the price.
The worst part was the front desk experience. We were upsold to a different room and asked if we wanted breakfast, but at no point were we told there would be a charge. We were given breakfast vouchers for four with no mention of cost. Only at checkout did we discover we were charged $75 for a continental-quality breakfast — no table service, nothing premium.
This hotel feels intentionally misleading and wildly overpriced. It’s a complete rip-off that nickel-and-dimes guests at every opportunity. We will never stay at a Hilton again. If you choose to stay here, question every single charge. Actually, go elsewhere you’re probably better off.

Brace yourself this is long:
The Good:
-Fast Online Chat communications from Staffs
-Easy online check-in without the need for front desk
-Lifeguards are friendly at the pool
-Heated pool
-mini fridge was decent and clean
-Smart TV and smart chargers
-Big Premium King space room
-Powerful toilet flush
-Shower with tub
-Robes in the room
-Pool slide is decent and fun for all ages
-The WYNN GYM access: they had an amazing equipments with pickle ball court and sauna. It is very clean.
-Spa access
-QUEST RESTAURANT saved my horrid pool experience from hell but gave QUEST 5 STARS separate review.
-The room was immaculate in the Executive North Tower 15th floor.
-Elevators were fast when I was there
-Ample of parking
The Bad:
-no microwave in the room
-Dirty pool floor and puddles everywhere and some area so it looks like it’s flooded.
-Towels are in this big rolling bin with a sign saying “LAUNDRY” so everyone was looking for the clean towels not knowing that’s where the clean towels are located.
-whirlpool was full of kids so forget that if you want to relax.
-Rowdy rambunctious kids running, jumping, splashing, pool water around not to mention a few people left including 2 Seniors with their lil one because they were constantly getting hit by a flying beach balls. We left because I was almost hit numerous times and good thing my partner prevented one as he yelled at one of the kids after asking them to move somewhere else to play with the ball. All these kids had 2 beach balls spiking from the main pool to the jetted whirlpool and running around.
-No drinks or food but guests were walking around with drinks.
-The hallways are cold
-Parking is $16
-Their to go pantry was waaaayyyyy too overpriced like I was in Vegas again
