They were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely caring from the moment we arrived. They helped us with everything we needed and truly went out of their way for us. Their service was better than what I’ve experienced at some luxury hotels. It’s not often you meet people who make you feel that welcomed and looked after. The Hilton Garden Inn Mississauga is lucky to have them, and I’m really grateful for how they treated us during our stay.

Irene and Joseph were great. I wanted to check in way before the check-in time and they made it possible and made sure everything should be done as promised. Nevertheless my stay was value for money. No bothers no issues.. bathroom was good, had supplies, really good, I can stay here again. The onsite restaurant was also good, which means you can have dinner in instead of ordering from outside, their food was good. I enjoyed the jambalaya the most.

The front desk staff were exceptional: friendly, welcoming, and full of helpful information. My room was spotless, thoughtfully organized, and very comfortable. The true highlight, however, was the restaurant. While it may not be the most visually striking space, the food more than made up for it. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner there, and on each occasion, the quality and flavor exceeded expectations. A wonderful experience all around.
