    There was a mouse in the lobby, you have to pay for parking and we weren’t told about that until after we booked the room. They added 2 tips onto my bill that I never chose and a bunch of other random fees and charges

    I checked into the hotel and decided to order food from the restaurant downstairs instead of using Uber Eats. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing, not because of the hotel itself, but due to the service at the restaurant. Especially the black lady at the bar. She was extremely rude and provided no customer service. When I placed my to-go order, the receipt was handed to me without a word. I waited for a moment, then asked if I could pay, as I had been ignored. When I asked again, I was told I would have to wait anyway, which may be fair, but it could have been communicated politely. After paying, the machine was taken without a word. When I asked if my room could be called once the food was ready, I gave my room number and again received no response. I had to ask a second time just to get a simple yes or no. Overall, the lack of communication and professionalism was disappointing. This level of service does not meet the standards I’ve experienced at other Hilton properties in Canada or Europe.

    We stayed last minute due to changing weather conditions and an early morning flight. The room was great value for the price, and the front desk staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The parking was an additional price, but was underground which meant no clearing snow off the car! There is a pool, which was basic, but provided some fun for our kids. Our trip to the airport parking was less than 5 minutes. We would not however recommend eating in the restaurant (Dixon Bar & Grill). The food and staff in the restaurant were less than palatable, and they certainly couldn’t have cared less about accommodating our food allergies. Get Uber Eats instead! Overall, a great stay though!

    The hotel's convenient location near Toronto Pearson International Airport proved invaluable during the busy and bitterly cold holiday season. At check-in, I received exceptional service from Sai, a courteous and accommodating front desk agent. When I mentioned that my original room felt a bit cramped, Sai graciously upgraded me to a suite. Within minutes, I was settled into a beautiful room with a stunning view. Many thanks to Sai and the Hilton team for making my stay so comfortable.

    We booked several rooms for our group, with one room specifically required to have two beds, which was essential for us. We arrived at the hotel about 10 minutes after booking and were told that the room had been changed to a king-size bed because all two-bed rooms were sold out. When we asked if this could be resolved, the front desk employee, Dean (last name was not provided), became aggressive and raised his voice, making our group of six feel uncomfortable. We stayed only because our flight was departing in four hours, leaving us with no real alternative. Unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression of the hotel.
