    スタッフ、シャトルバスのドライバーは基本的には優しく、礼儀正しい。しかしながら遅番担当の太った黒人男性従業員は超絶失礼だった。 事前に夜中超えたチェックインになる(11月21日〜22日の滞在で22日のAM3時チェックイン)とこのホテルに電話で伝えて電話口のスタッフは私の名前を確認して担当に伝言すると感じの良い対応だった。 実際に行ってみると仮眠していたのを起こされてとても機嫌の悪そうな従業員が私の名前、パスポートチェックをする前に「今晩のチェックインはもうない」とのこと。それに対して私が「電話で遅いチェックインになると伝えた」というと彼は「お前は間違ったホテルに電話したんだ」と意味不明なことを言い出した。そもそも身分証も名前も伝える前に「チェックインがしたい」と伝えただけで確認をせずに適当なことを言うのは仕事を馬鹿にしてるとしか思えない。 結局名前を伝えて予約画面を見せたら渋々とチェックイン手続きをしたが、部屋番号も言わずにルームカードを投げて渡された。不快極まりない。 そして現時点でそいつに請求されたデポジットがまだ引かれたままです。 この従業員以外の方は良い対応だったので星は2です。

    This past week, we had a reservation at the Hilton Toronto. On short notice, we asked for a small conference room to host a customer with whom we were meeting. Hashveen and Harpreet's hospitality and over-the-top service exceeded expectations. Highly recommend the team that operates this facility. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast and dinner were on target. -Bill

    Hotel antiguo , la wifi va fatal , no hay caja fuerte en la habitación, meubles antiguos . Lo único positivo es la cama y almohadas cómodas, y la ubicación que es lo que necesitaba cerca del aeropuerto. Y por último el desayuno muy malo.

    Booked via booking.com. I've now been trying for about a month to change the booking by two days. I even called the Hilton global customer care line, who couldn't even reach their own hotel! Initially the hotel said I have to do via booking.com / booking.com say I have to do via Hilton because they've received no reply. Hilton now not responding to email and when I tried calling number, there is no answer. Hmm... maybe someone at Hilton can get in touch if they read this??? Should it be this hard? Ridiculous.

    Very Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience*** I had a very unpleasant experience while trying to book a room. The lady I dealt with was extremely ignorant and made me feel uncomfortable the entire time. Her attitude and the way she spoke to me were completely unacceptable for someone working in customer service. I couldn’t believe how rude and dismissive she was — it honestly left me shocked.No customer should ever be treated that way, especially when they’re simply trying to make a booking. This kind of behavior gives a terrible impression of the business, and I sincerely hope management addresses it so no one else has to go through the same experience.
