  Horrible, was put in a new renovated room. Noisy, heard the HVAC fan all night long, the new shower is very narrow. Not worth the money paid. Only positive is the proximity to the airport.

  Highly do not recommend using this hotel, I could not believe how much the staff did not seem to care about the guests staying there. I had maybe 1 staff that was helpful. We had to get this hotel due to Air Canada rebooking our flight for their issues with not having proper maintence done on the plan causing delays, we were hoping that the familiarity of a Hampton Inn would be at least a little bit of a bright spot in a bad time. We were very wrong, it turned out to make things even worse. We were missing our luggage due to the flight change while in the air, so we tried to use the guest laundry so that we could have some clean clothes for further traveling to get home. However the machines weren't working, it left detergent stains on our clothes and then as we went to dry the clothes they started to remove the one machine that was half working leaving us unable to finish the laundry. The one staff member that was helpful phoned over to the Fairfield next door to see if we could use their guest laundry which they agreed to. The staff at the Fairfield was so much more accommodating than the Hampton Inn staff to people that aren't even staying at their hotel. Then to make things even worse, there was construction right above us ensuring that we wouldn't be able to rest before having to leave for the airport, hours upon hours of concrete chipping noise right above our heads. We phoned to the front desk to see if there was any way they could get the construction to quiet down until check out time but I guess the staff didn't care because it kept going and going. So it seems that the staff doesn't care about the guest experience and just cares about the looks of the hotel and the renovations that are going one. I will never stay at this Hampton Inn ever again, I would honestly take my chances at some dive hotel over this place again.

  close to airport but services suck. almost was late for fight because they didn't give us a schedule for shuttle

  Parking exit was slow. Had to wait to show a ticket at desk. When people leave a car and come back from vacation they just want to jump in car and go.

  Our hotel experience was great. The beds are very comfortable (which is always good to know). Check in and check out went smoothly. Airport shuttle was on time and very efficient. Would stay here again. Great location for an overnight for being close to airport for an early morning flight.
