- TGTegan GreenfieldJan 5, 20265.0Stayed here on December 23rd. Check in was very easy and the staff at the desk were very nice. The room was massive and had everything we needed. The tv was very big as well. Very clean and tidy. We did not park here long stay but my husband did drop me off with our luggage so I could check in - they offer 30 minutes free parking which was really helpful and meant he could help me take the luggage in. We got the airport shuttle to our terminal at 3am. You do need to book it with the front desk when you check in, if you’ll be getting it in the middle of the night but that was very easy and it’s free. Only took about 5 minutes to get to the terminal and then we were off on our vacation! I would stay here again.
- SHSuvi HonkanenDec 31, 20251.0Do NOT trust anything that the reception staff says. I called to ask about the shuttle from terminal 1, was told the next one is in half an hour at 1:30 from E3. I go to buy a coffee, my husband and kids take the shuttle at 1:15. No shuttle at 1:30. The shuttle at 1:45 doesn't stop, I stood in between E3 and F1 as the hotel bus stop area is actually F1 and F3. Well, apparently not close enough. Call the reception, they tell me the next shuttle is at 2. No shuttle at 2, call them again and they tell me the next shuttle is at 2:30. When I question that they say oh yes it picks up people at the hotel at 2 and 2:30!!! It is OK not to know everything, but if you don't know then just please say so! Please train your staff, it's not fun to wait the shuttle for 1h 15 minutes because of your poorly trained staff.

- SASarah AgarDec 29, 20255.0I stayed at this hotel to "Park, Sleep and Fly" prior to my holiday. The location is very close to the airport (easy to find with my GPS). Check-in was simple (very kind employees). The shuttle picked me up right at the hotel door and dropped me off at the airport terminal entrance (for Air Canada). When I returned, I called the hotel just to confirm that the shuttle was running every half hour (it was) and the hotel told me to go to post "F3" (i returned on air canada as well). I followed all of the signs in the airport to "hotel shuttles" and was lucky that the hotel shuttle just happened to be there (I actually ran to catch it -- kind of like I was in my own movie. LOL). The shuttle ride back to the hotel was mere minutes (soooo fast). When I got to the hotel, I grabbed my parking ticket and went to the front desk to let them know I was leaving and they told me what to do. Easy peasy! I totally recommend this hotel if you want to park, sleep and fly. I will return for sure.
